3 BEDROOM VILLA WITH ENSUITE BATHS AND PRIVATE POOL

This is a fabulous family friendly villa with a private pool in the extremely safe gated community of Sosua Ocean Village. There is security all over the grounds. It is like a small city.
The oceanfront community is great for families because it has several dry and wet playgrounds for your kids. Additional, there are 3 restaurants, a gym, water park, tennis school, basketball courts, spa, community pools, and more kids play areas, within the community. It is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Puerto Plata airport.

At just over 2200 sq. feet this villa will comfortable accommodate 8 guest.

The villa features 3 large en suites. The first has a king bed, walk-in closet, 2 night tables and a dresser. It has sliding doors with access to the pool.
EnSuite 2 has a king bed two night tables, as well as a , walk-in closet. It also has sliding doors with access to the pool.
En Suite 3 has two queen size beds, one night table, and a walk-in closet.

All the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioning, plus top of the line linens, towels, blinds, and beach towels.

The dinning room, has a table with seating for 6 and a kitchen counter top with seating for 3. It is an open kitchen, dining, family room, and living room with an air conditioner for the entire space. There is a 50" LED Tv with cable, and high speed wireless internet, in the living room. The living room, family room, and dinning room each have ceiling fans. There is plenty of seating for 8 guest all throughout the house.

Directly out side of the family room there is a table for outdoor dining with seating for 6. There are 6 lounge chairs all around the pool for sun seekers, and an umbrella for those who want some shade. Around the pool there is also a bar height table with seating for 5 with an ice and drink bin. There is a half bath outside by the pool for those who need to use the rest room.

If you need to cool off quick there is also an outdoor shower in the backyard by the pool.

The roof top terrace features a huge shaded pergola with plenty of seating. It's a great space for lounging, talking, smoking, eating or just enjoying the view. The cool evening breeze will make you fall in love with this villa and your stay. The roof top also has an outdoor kitchen, with counter hight seating, a fridge, ice bin, pantry, storage drawers, and 2 grills. One gas grill that is connected direct to the villas gas line and a charcoal grill for those who love that smokey flavor. There is also a sink for quick clean up.

There are 3 exterior cameras located in the front of the property, the back, and the left side. These cameras are not recording during guest stays. They are in place to protect the property in case of any damage by a niegbor.

There are two restaurants within the Sosua Ocean Village. The first Maria Restaurant features 3 Jacuzzi's, and infinity pool, seating and lounging area, as well as dining and or drinking with a full bar. .

The second, is Santa Fe, it specializes in Asian and Mexican cuisine. Santa Fe charges an entrance fee due to the pools, day beds, lounge areas, and DJ. The entrance fee is consumable, meaning it will be reduced from your food and drink bill. Each location delivers to the villa, as well as the local restaurants, food trucks, and grocery stores.

Within the community there is also the Barco Bar / Casa Club with 3 water slides and pool areas. There is a fee for access which is also consumable. The Laguna water park is located at the entrance main entrance before SOV. It has a few water slides and several pool, food, bar, and kids play areas.
