250 Flamingo St - Luxury & Modern 2 story home on canal with pool!

250 Flamingo is a modern 3bed/2bath canal front pool home with all of the comforts of home and more. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom, the 2 guest rooms have queen size beds and share a bathroom, along with an extra half-bathroom in the center of the home. Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv with cable and internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishware to accommodate a home cooked meal for the family. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

On the outside, this home features a large patio spanning the length of the home that overlooks your private pool and the canal. Here you can swim, grill, relax, or watch for our Florida wildlife. Manatees, iguanas, dolphins, and many other birds and lizards or a very common sitting here on the island and this property is the perfect place to spot them! This property does not have a boat dock or facilities for boat.

This property is located in the southern midsection of the island, beach access is a short walk across Estero Blvd (0.3 miles), there is a Publix grocery store (1.4 miles north). Most of the fun is further north in Times Square, just a short trolley or drive down the Blvd!

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. 7-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.
