This beautiful 4 bedroom Oceanfront Home is just what you need for an amazing vacation.

This home includes 4 bedrooms each with view of the ocean. 2 bathrooms are accessible from the hall.

All the bedrooms include either a Full Queen or King sized bed. A couch in the living room can also be used for additional sleeping.

The living room is opened to the kitchen and dining with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. A large deck facing the ocean has an Outdoor Shower, plenty of seating with private steps directly the beach. A wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a place to sit back and relax as the day comes to an end.

There's covered parking for 2 cars plus space for 2 cars behind if needed for additional parking.

Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use. They will be stored in the storage rooms below. All other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well to include a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Cable TVS are found throughout the house.

While spending time at Villa Aqua will be a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 15 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North.

There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Villa Aqua.

Disappointing

Great location! Property was clean and has a great layout.Very disappointed in the lack of amenities, such as kitchen tools, deck furniture, etc. There was no table and chairs on the deck (there was a broken glass tabletop). The only comfortable furniture in the place were the beds.When I reached out to the property manager about the deck furniture, he said he would bring some for our second week there (after our company had left) but never showed up or returned subsequent emails regarding it.I have rented many times, previously from this manager and had been very happy. I don’t know why this time was so different.

Annual Beach Trip

We spend a week in Ponte Vedra every year. Our stay at Villa Aqua was fantastic. The house is well maintained and it was super clean when we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The location is great, right on the beach. There are plenty of amenities with this house-beach equipment, hammocks in the shade overlooking the ocean, TV, WiFi. We plan to stay at Villa Aqua again next year.

Memories made

Great layout, a few items in need of repair but the property manager had them on a list for repair. Had all the essentials and lots of sand & beach toys for use!

Great house and location

Wonderful Beach Home

We loved our stay at Villa Aqua! Lots of room for our family to spread out, house was super clean, comfy beds, great communication with management. The hammocks and chairs were awesome and there was a room FULL of beach stuff. You can’t beat the location! We will be back!

Winter getaway

Great layout with all four bedrooms having ocean views. We used the lower deck a lot because one can place chairs to get as much or little morning sun as desired while enjoying the ocean view. Excellent supply of beach toys.

Fun at St Augustine!

My family had a very relaxing time at this adorable beach house. It was clean and organized nicely. It was a little sad to see surrounding homes damaged in the 2022 hurricane. But fortunately this house wasn’t too badly damaged. The under deck patio area is really nice, perfect for enjoying a book in the breeze. Thank you for letting my family stay!

Peaceful getaway

The property was exactly how described. Clean, abundance of things for our use, and peaceful. There were great views of the ocean from all rooms which made waking up to the sunrise just amazing. I would recommend this property and host to friends in the future! Beaches were not crowded which was an added bonus!

Amazing all around

Great location and wonderful house. Nice touches, such as hotel-style shampoo/conditioner/lotions in bathrooms, extra beach towels, and lots of beach supplies (chairs, surf boards, boogie boards, etc.). Under the deck was a great place to relax out of the sun in a hammock and still feel right on the ocean. We have stayed at many beach homes in this area and this one is a favorite.

The Views!

Our family has been staying in VRBO properties for a decade now and this is now one of our favorites. I was impressed with the cleanliness for being a pet friendly location. We love taking our dog and some of the properties you can tell allow pets. This was not one of them. The owner went out of their way to welcome with nice little touches on arrival that we appreciated. Every room has a private view of the ocean and if you like the sound of the ocean from your room, you'll love it here. The deck is very large for sprawling out and what is nice in the high heat of the day you can go under the deck to relax in the hammocks or just sit and read a book out of the sun for awhile. The beach for us was full of shells and had a nice sand bar that made playing in the water lots of fun. Plenty of dolphin and turtle visits too :) Other reviewers pointed out some of the common challenges of maintaining a beach property, but none of them changed the experience in my opinion. We like trying new places, but we will strongly consider coming back to this one :)

Nice House - Nice Location

Nice house right on the beach. We stayed in the area several times before. Looks like the last hurricane has washed some of the soil out from the house. Some of the LVP flooring has pulled loose in the house. The kitchen could use a new can opener. It would be nice if there were gutters on the back of the house. These are petty little things. Overall the house was great for us. The host was very prompt and attentive to any questions we had.

Clean, Comfortable, and Close to the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay. The description and pictures are accurate. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the comfortable beds and bedding. The views from all rooms are great and you are close enough to the water to hear the ocean sounds in the front bedrooms. The property manager was professional and quick to respond.

Great Experience!

As soon as we arrived, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. It was comfortable in the living areas but the icing on the cake was the comfort of the beds! Each person in our party woke up the first morning expressing how well they slept and how great their mattress was. This makes a big difference when you are sleeping on them for a week. The house started out very clean and was easy to keep that way. The bathrooms were well stocked for the initial few days and we picked up any needed supplies as the days progressed. Alex (property manager) was very accessible and made the entire process easy. Our family had a great stay at Villa Aqua!

Great Family Vacation

Great Stay!

This was our 18th year coming down the to Ponte Vedra area. We have stayed at some amazing houses before and we have stayed at some sub par ones too. We really enjoyed this property, especially the lower deck in the morning. The house had enough kitchen supplies to get by. We are not real picky people, but the kitchen could use a blender and a propane grill. The beach was amazing and the house is close to St. Augustine and Publix and other restaurants in the area. All in all, you should have no reservations about renting this house.

Outstanding property

This property was perfect for our family of four and our dog. The beach was beautiful and very few people even during spring break time. The house is a perfect size and has great ocean views from all rooms. The outside deck and the underneath hammock spots were perfect to get out of the sun. We didn't want to leave.

Problematic location

This home is right on the beach with very easy access to the beach and ocean. The direct view is great. These are the pros. The cons: 1. House directly adjacent is delapidated, abandoned and partially collapsed. That is not the sight one wishes for on vacation. It’s immediately adjacent and the view can not be avoided. 2. The kitchen is very poorly stocked and dishes were dirty. 3. There is one carpet in the unit which was dirty. 4. Drain in one of the tubs does not work 5. Seating on deck is very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We have been to this area of Florida many times and will surely return but in a different rental unit.

Villa Aqua

Our family of 4, (adults and teens) +2 dogs loved our stay. With its close proximity to St Augustine and peaceful beach atmosphere, Villa Aqua delivered. As other reviewers have mentioned, road noise can be heard in the front bedrooms. Open the windows to the sound of the Ocean waves, we overcame any road noise issues quickly. Great vacation, highly recommend this property.
