This apartment is really fun and cute. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an office. It's a 2 story apartment and not very good for young kids or elderly people due to the 2 sets of stairs. The apartment has wifi internet with a flat screen tv and tens of channels. It has a modern flair for an old building. There is laundry in the building if need be. Quick drive to Burlington and a minute walk to all the pubs, restaurants, and coffee Winooski has to offer. Also private parking, too, as seen in listing photos.

City Get-a-way

We loved our visit! We appreciated the location. Super close to Pingala Cafe. Parking was easy and there were little extras available for convenience such as reusable k cup pod, comfy blankets and towels. Hope to visit the area again in the near future. Thank You.

Perfect Location for a Getaway

This house is in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and breweries. It was a quick trip to Burlington for the day. Would highly recommend this place to stay when visiting this area.

Get away

The property was clean but window blinds in bedroom and bathroom non operational and no way to get privacy. No shower soaps/shampoos/washcloths and not listed as not having. No kitchen soap to wash dishes. The entry way in had an odor and needed updating. It was close to town so able to walk easily. Definitely dated!

Property was unsafe

No way to lock door from inside with a dead bolt; entry was on first floor living on second floor and it was not advertised that way. Property managers phone number was disconnected. We did not stay based on the lack of safety and not being able to get in touch with the property manager.

Good place to explore Burtlington area.

Great place to explore the Burlington area. We ended up eating at restaurants within walking distance in Winooski. Nice options in Winooski.

Horrible

The property was not in good shape, the blinds didn’t fully cover the windows and were filthy, the shower was hard to get in, the floors slant and are tripping hazards. It was just not up to the standards as at other VRBOs we have stayed at. I would never stay there again. We couldn’t even get in and the owner wouldn’t call us back so we had to call VRBO.

Disappointing

Host said it was ac throughout. Bitten by bugs. Notified VRBO and Host. Had to go to a hotel because the continuous biting of bugs. Should’ve been refunded money. VRBO did not support us in getting a refund

Cute place, excellent location

Perfect for a visit to Burlington or Winooski area. Cleverly designed bathrooms- there are sloped ceilings and stairs to climb. Excellent value for the price!

Great place to stay when visiting Burlington!

We chose to stay here as the hotels in Burlington were quite pricey. We made a great choice as this place was clean and cozy and reasonably priced. In addition, Winooski is a cute little town and very near Burlington.

Great location and price

We were in town to visit our daughter, a UVM student. Perfect location; so easy and quick to get to campus and downtown Burlington. Price was unbeatable and SO appreciated! Entrance is on street level; living/kitchen on 2nd floor, and bedrooms on 3rd. Stairs are narrow and steep.

Interesting space

Over all it was VERY clean. They are obviously working on making it a better space. Easy parking and roomy. Downsides- it smelled of smoke the whole time. Not sure if it was the ppl before us or downstairs. Tons of stairs, slanted floors and upstairs the ceilings are slanted VERY low. There is also no water pressure in the bathroom upstairs (where the shower also has a slanted roof) and the water pressure downstairs is no better but u could stand up in the shower (but not sit on the toilet downstairs without leaving the door open.) it was cheap and close to where I needed to be tho and it was super clean.

Comfortable and well appointed

Comfortable beds and other seating. Key pad security so we felt safe. No parking worries either. Free lot close to entrance is so convenient. You’ll find everything you need. Most of the blinds are intact but some are unable to provide adequate privacy.

Vermont stay

Very homey. Lots of space. Could use a few more kitchen basics. We added a few. The available (for cost) washing machine did not work so did have to find another option. Two full baths a plus- 1 up and 1 down. Nice location for getting around to see things.

Inexpensive but….

Lots & lots of stairs…..bathroom downstairs is so tiny, difficult to move around in. Upstairs shower ceiling is on a slant, so tall people beware. It was inexpensive and we were only there to sleep and shower, so it worked out.

Very clean!

We had a great stay here! Although, we did not receive check in information until the morning of. This did make me a little nervous but assumed after the fact that it may be because it is located in a college town and there was a reason for that. There are also low ceilings, which we are short so that did not bother us in any way. There are 2 pretty steep sets of stairs but again those did not affect us in any way either. The only things we had an issue with was the toaster didn't seem to be working (we ended up cooking our English muffins on the stovetop) and there was no spatula for flipping eggs. Other then those minor issues, we found the place to be very quaint, clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was just right for attending the Champlain Valley Fair. Cozy Apartment

The apartment itself was great, but taller folks will need to watch their head on the top floor. Location was good, and lots of restaurants in close walking distance. The property manager needed to be prompted for additional information on check in and out procedures, but was clear and helpful in answering those questions.

Winooski Loft

The property was essentially as advertised; clean, affordable! Tim was responsive to my inquiries. Elderly/small children should avoid given the steep steps required….and you’ll need to be very mindful of the slanted ceilings in bedrooms and upstairs shower! Read the amenities included - you’ll need to bring a hair dryer, etc. Lucky for us we were w/in walking distance to my son which was invaluable. We would stay again 😊

Bigger & better than photos

This was a fantastic place to stay! I loved how big the space was with two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room AND office. We were overwhelmed with the space. The toilets are a bit cramped and difficult for a tall person to sit down on, there was no dish soap and the dishes weren’t the cleanest. Otherwise, no complaints! Everything was very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. They even had a roku with a Netflix account for us to use.
