Here is where you find peace, relaxation and adventure in our Beach style 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that includes the following amenities; cable/high speed WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, central HVAC, impact windows, fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, balcony with seating off bedroom with inlet views and elevator 10 feet from unit (2nd floor). Model Village, Marco Island offers something for everyone; a heated pool, views of the cove, boat dockage, Clubhouse featuring tables/chairs/TV, BBQ area and is walking distance to local restaurants, scuba diving, boat, jetski, bicycle, golf cart rentals.

Fabulous!

I understand why they call this place fabulous! In a great location, the unit was clean, up-to-date and stocked with all the necessities. The owners were great to work with and promptly responded to questions. We have been coming to Marco for 35 years and this was the first time we stayed in Olde Marco and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quiet Paradise

This is our fifth time staying at this complex and our second stay in this unit. We really enjoy the community and the owners are very good communicators and the unit is clean and comfortable. We always enjoy our time at this complex.

We had a nice time and the place was good for what we needed. Great location and I’ve never been in a warmer pool which was awesome because it was a little chilly.

Vacation with an unexpected ending and $125 repairs fee

We stayed at this property for 9 nights, the location was good, the place was clean, and had everything you need, except a dishwasher. I wanted to give it a great review, as everything was fine until two days after our departure when the unexpected struck, and I have received a bill from VRBO and a message from the owner that will have to pay $125 for repairs : -Glass shower doors slider did not open or close -$55 -Screen front door adjustment -$35 -Key fob reprogramming -$35 None of these reported repairs were accurate, we did not have any issues with the shower doors and were just working fine before we left, the screen front door -we touched just the handle to open and close it, as for the key fob, I told Zoila that we couldn't put the key back and she messaged that is fine and just leave the key on the table and we did that. We are disputing this fee through the credit card company and VBRO. I do not recommend this property based on the false issues/repairs reported two days after our departure.

Excellent Location and Super Clean!

This one bedroom condo had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Had good communication with the property owner. Everything was very comfortable and was great fun.

great location near restaurants and shopping pool area was clean and great view from there. living area needs a coffee table. since there is no dish washer a dying rack would be nice. and I had to buy a wine opener . all in all awe had a great time

Wonderful!

Owner was wonderful to work with and responds quickly! Condo was nicely decorated, had everything we needed, and very clean! Great pool area. It is in a lovely area of Marco with restaurants and live music across the street. We had a wonderful week in paradise!

Great week in the sun

The condo was very clean and functional. We used washer and dryer. The pool was warm. The condo community of people was very friendly and welcoming. We rented bikes for the week and rented kayaks and paddled through Isle of Capri. We enjoyed ice cream in two places, miniture golf, enjoyed shelling and watching the sunsets each night. We truly enjoyed our stay. Marco Island is one of our favorite places to visit.

Favorite Winter Retreat

We have stayed in this same complex for the past four years, but this is the first time we have had the opportunity to stay in this unit. It was immaculately clean, had keyless entry, and was well stocked. The owner was very responsive with all communication and we have made some great friends in this complex over the years. Thank you, Zoila and Nelson, for a wonderful winter getaway! We are already looking forward to our stay with you next year.

Excellent location

From the moment we walked through the door we were completely comfortable. The owners generously stocked the unit and the decor was beachy and welcoming. Love the pool which was never crowded. The best part is that we could walk to several restaurants and to bars that played music at night. Loved our stay on Marco Island!

Old Marco perfection

Second time staying at this property and again it was perfect. Clean, comfortable condo within walking distance to the Snook and several other restaurants/bars. Great pool! Easy check in process and the owners are great to work with. We will be back again!!

Great condo in a great location

This condo is located in walking distance of several amazing restaurants and cute shops. We loved the heated pool. The condo was super clean and decorated nicely. The only recommendation I have is to put up some blinds that block the light on the slider doors and have a blanket and a few good pillows available. Zoila was very nice and easy to communicate with. Overall, this place was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved every minute of Marco Island and would definitely return here in the future.

Model One Stay

I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family. The pool was lovely, the location was great, within walking distance to several restaurants. The property was very clean and comfortable. The host was fabulous! Will definitely be back!

The property was clean and well maintained. The only complaint is that the bedroom need dark curtains as the street light and porch light shines in there.

The condo was as described . There was a elevator there that I did not expect . That was helpful . The unit owners were very helpful and the heated pool was very warm . Overall a great place .
