● Located on a mixed residential and commercial main road. There is a bit of traffic in front of the house - completely manageable - you may hear road noise from the living room.

● Walk or ride 11 blocks to St Charles for the street car. $1.25/ride or $3 all day.
● Uber also very easy. $10-15 and 10-15 minutes to get downtown.
● Walk blocks to Magazine and hail a cab.
● Catch a bus a 1/2 block away on the corner.

Base rate is valid for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are an additional charge. Max occupancy of 10.
If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.
