Enjoy this fourth-floor oceanfront condo at Crescent Sands in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach.

The condo has updated flooring throughout, remodeled kitchen, and updated master bath. There is a TV in each bedroom and in the living room there is a ROKU Smart TV. The master bedroom has a new smart TV as of February 2022. The view is amazing, and the building has a locked lobby, oceanfront outdoor pool, and grills.

If you are interested in a two bedroom also, we rent VRBO # 1559891.

The pool is open Easter week to Oct. 31 each year.

***The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.***

This is our second home. No house parties, no smoking, and no pets. The primary renter must be the person who rented the condo.

The condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day weekend through the Saturday following Labor Day every year.

The rental agreement agreed to at booking must be signed and returned within 10 days. We require a valid address, driver's license, and credit card.

Nice condo maintenance man worked hard everyday. All clean on outside. Had to purchase clean supplies and clean bathrooms Needs keyless entry

Not the best experience

Nice location, roomy and good ocean front view. However, place is very old and has worn-out furnitures, bed sheets, pillows and chairs. Place needs to be better taken care of. Didn't appreciate the fact that owner was monitoring us the wholetime! We received a phone call the second day of our stay that owner observed us keeping the balcony doors open while the A/C running! Not sure how they new that!!! Vacation is about experience and not just a location. I wouldn't recommend this place to other people and definitely don't consider going there again.

Less than average stay

Positives: Bedrooms are a nice & Nice updated master bath & hallway bath. Really liked the update flooring and open kitchen was definitely a plus. 3 tall wooden chairs are nice for the balcony. Love the location to get to stores and shops! Really liked the locked lobby. Negatives: master bedroom mattress is terrible. The headboard hits off of the wall every time you turn in bed. Master bath toilet & shower backed up twice during our stay along with the hallway bathroom. Called realty company the first time and they told us that they wouldn’t be able to come out until NEXT DAY — it was 4:30pm! My husband called back and spoke with them — they did end up coming around 6pm. The 2nd time it backed up, there was feces in the shower! Shower curtain had a ton of mildew on the bottom. The washer had a musty smell. The cleaning of the property could have been better. Blinds had a layer of dust all over them and baseboards had dust everywhere too. A simple Swiffer or wipe of each would be satisfactory. The coffee table wasn’t even moved when the floor was swept because there was hairballs, sand and lint under it. One additional odd thing — the 3rd bedroom, the bed had the comforter, then fitted sheet and under the fitted sheet was the regular sheet and mattress cover. It was like someone forgot the fitted sheet and didn’t want to unmake the bed to put it on and then make it again. Pool was dirty and turned bathing suits green.

Just what we needed!

In the past 8 months, my husband died, I was diagnosed with cancer and I completed 4 rounds of chemo. I’m so pleased this condo (our first time using one) was exactly as promoted. Exactly what we hoped the week would be.
