This comfortable home features two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full bed. An upstairs loft has twin trundle beds. A fresh, on-trend bathroom includes a spa-like tile shower complete with waterfall shower head. A bright and clean kitchen features granite countertops and updated appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker- the perfect place for as much (or as little!) cooking you'd like to do during your stay. Authentic stone fireplace adds rustic charm to the living room and makes for a fantastically comfortable spot to read or binge watch your favorite shows. Your comfort is assured even on the hottest days by three air conditioning units- one in living room, one in bedroom and one upstairs.

Experience outdoor living at its best with a super cute screened-in porch with a seating area. There are lots of other opportunities to enjoy the fresh ocean air with the homes' other outdoor amenities and expansive yard. Gather with friends and family on a large open patio, enjoy a meal in the spacious outdoor dining space, or spend evenings around the fire pit. Don't forget to bring fixings for smores! The bathroom is supplemented by an updated, enclosed outdoor shower. Great for rinsing off sand after enjoying the surf!

You'll have quick access to Route 1A for exploring Jamestown and Newport, shopping in Wickford and enjoying convenient restaurants. And of course you'll want to take advantage of nearby Narragansett Town Beach. The home offers two beach chairs and umbrella for days at the beach!

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
