Welcome to Paradise at Silverado! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is beautifully decorated and has amazing views of the mountains and the Silverado Golf Course. Located in a quiet, gated luxury community that offers a heated pool, spa, fitness center and club house. Located on the third floor with full elevator access. Walking and biking trails located around the community. Golf course access.
Walking into the condo, the kitchen sits off to the left and the dinning room and living room are locate straight ahead. This condo faces east and has amazing golf course and mountain views from the living room and bedroom windows.
The kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops, tile, and black appliances. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer sits off to the left of the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and had a kuerig coffee maker. There is a bar area off the kitchen with seating for three people. The dinning room has a custom wood table and offers comfortable seating for up to six people.
The living room is very cozy and has amazing views through the window and patio door. There are two couches and a chair which offer seating for up to six people. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace and a wall wall mounted 55" TV with surround sound. The living room includes a queen sized sleeper sofa that can sleep two people. There is also an adjustable coffee table to multi-use.
The master bedroom has a wooden king sized bed, two night stands, two lamps, a dresser, and a 43" flat screen TV. The master bedroom also has amazing views and offers a private patio entrance. There is a large walk-in closet attached to the master bedroom as well as an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom offers large dual-vanities, a large walk-in shower, and private commode.
The second bedroom has a wood queen sized bed, two night stands, two lamps, a large wooden dresser, 43" flat screen TV and a chaise lounge. This bedroom also has it's own patio entrance off the bedroom. This room has a normal sized closet and is detached from the bathroom. The guest bathroom is just outside of this room and offers a large single vanity and a tub and shower combo.
The patio has the most breath taking views of the mountains and the Silverado Golf Course. This beautiful space has two super comfortable patio sofas with tables. The patio can seat up to four people comfortably.

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~ No large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
