Body fluids on sheets

The main bedroom had semen on the sheets- disgusting and unacceptable. Dishes were greasy, floors dirty. I walked barefoot the first day and my feet were black. Garbage under the couches.

Really nice place and just as described

Nice place, clean. Great space for 5 adults and 2 children. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Host answered all questions quickly. Only down side was the key pad to enter would only lock the door not unlock it. Host had to unlock it from their phone the first time.

Not what was expected at all...

The pictures of the house are all of the interior and after arriving we saw why. There was an abandoned unit next door with doors and things laying around the yard. The unit is very run down and while it has been renovated it is still lacking. The AC sounds like a train, it is so loud. There are no toilet paper holders, and the plugs are not helpful as they aren't located near the night stands. The upstairs, while it looked neat, was hot as the dickens and no one could sleep up there as it was over 85 degrees. They did have box fans upstairs but that would not have helped that heat. There is not a remote for the upstairs tv either. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The manager was responsive and helpful up until the point I told him we weren't staying the second night as the area was sketchy and there was not any lighting. I let the manager know we were scared and not going to spend the second night. I never heard anything back about that. The parking isn't great and there are massive potholes throughout. Since it was just me, my friend and my child we just didn't feel safe. It has potential but needs much better lighting , better renovations and a new AC.

Where do I begin…When we entered the property, we were met by an odor of old trash or something spoiled. The trash had been taken out and we never found where the smell was coming from. The property did not smell like it had been cleaned recently. Our stay was for a family of 7 and there were only 3 washcloths available along with an inoperable washing machine. The listing stated that there were 2 bathrooms but in actuality there was only 1.5 so for 7 people to take showers, was a difficult process. Actually not everyone was able to because of the lack of washcloths. I counted at least 7 holes in the walls that contributed to our stay being rather uncomfortable. We had to kill a few spiders and insects and it looked like no one had bothered to move the furniture to clean underneath it in a good year. I’ll give 2 stars because it wasn’t the worst place ever but we paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1. We ended up spending additional money to stay in a hotel.
