The key code was wrong. The spa & pool instructions were not clear. The plumbing backup

We were singing by the jacuzzi, neighbors called police. The plumbing backup, filled up the bathroom & leaked out of the bottom of the toilets.

It's disgusting

The only plus about this house is the pool . All other things is terrible: 1.Master bedrooms shower was dirty and disgusting and not safe to take a shower there. It is visible that it has not been cleaned for a months. There was hair from someone else how disgusting is that. 2. Master bedroom toilet does not flush. 3. Second bathroom shower was not draining and the sink had stoppage. 4.We had to use one bathroom and one shower for three days and it was definitely not fun! 5. The host did not leave any shampoo or body wash for us. Even the cheapest motels have shampoo and body wash. 6. The grill was dirty and not clean and it was not safe to cook anything on it with all those oil and dirt. My husband had to go and buy a grill for $150 so we can use that . 7.The TV does not have any channels that are not demo channels also it is a not smart TV so you cannot connect your own stuff to it, it's basically useless. Also remote controls did not have batteries inside. First time in my life I see that. 8. They put a ring camera in backyard where the pool is and that's a big violation of privacy. 9.We had wash all the dishes that we were about to use because 90% of them were dirty. 10. The couches smelled horrible and it was dirty. The host is extremely rude. And told us there is no such problems with her house that we are lying. Also expect instructions to take the trash out on Thursday night taped to the refrigerator with big letters. This house is below average and I am so pissed with all this stuff. I will not recommend this house even if you don't have any other choices.

Crickets and leaky toilet

Unfortunately, this was our worst stay through VRBO. I think the owners may be new to how to treat their guests. It was not cleaned properly at all. The pans were greasy, hairballs everywhere, the comforters smelled like dog. I spent the 1st night doing laundry to remedy the smells. The toilet was seeping, and the garbage disposal was clogged. They did call a plumber out (this wasn't his 1st time at the house he said), but here was another block in our day. There were no instructions on how to turn on the spa or pool lights, so those weren't used. There was a book of instructions, but it did not include the password for the tablet that turns on the spa!! Crickets everywhere!! My kids left a day early due to the noise and the kids were scared of them. There is a TERRIBLE trip hazard in the backyard where the 2 sidewalks meet. Everyone except me, stubbed their toe on this... it could've been uglier. I did give the property manager an opportunity to make this right with us, but didn't receive any answers after I told her all that was wrong with it. I would NOT reccomend this rental.

We stay in Havasu often and this was a convenient spot, close to Windsor, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Our stay at the home was very peaceful and relaxing

The home was clean and the pool & spa were very nice & also clean. Felt safe with all the COVID concerns we had staying elsewhere besides our home was at ease
