Benefiting from a strategic location a stone's throw from downtown Cannes in the Basse Californie district, you will have the luxury of being able to walk everywhere!
This apartment is perfectly arranged and can accommodate up to 4 people.
A beautiful living room opening onto a large sunny terrace.
The living room consists of a dining area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and coffee tables to enjoy a flat screen television and its high-speed internet box.
The separate kitchen area has everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, all household appliances (dishwasher and washing machine included), knives, forks, bowls and mugs, and many more surprises.
The terrace invites you all day to enjoy your meals outside and garden furniture is at your disposal to simply enjoy a moment of relaxation in front of the sunset.

Departures will be at 10:00 a.m. We can nevertheless agree on a departure between 9:30 am and 11:00 am depending on our availability. (Please note that we do not collect keys before 9:30 a.m.)
Late departures between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. will be charged 20€.
The tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online when booking. (Amount of tourist tax: €4 per person per day)
A deposit of €1000 will be requested for any reservation via the Swikly application.
Subscription to resort liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant's liability in the event of a claim and could in no way be the fault of the property manager.

As trustee of the Residence , we remind you of the points of the
swimming pool rules which must be strictly observed.
USE :
The use of the private swimming pool is strictly reserved for the sole tenants of the
Residence.
OPENING PERIOD FOR SWIMMING:
Beginning of May to end of September of each year adaptable according to climatic conditions.
RESPONSIBILITY :
Users are informed that the pool is not placed under the supervision of a person
qualified or authorized by the co-ownership. Consequently, each user undertakes his
liability in the event of an accident occurring as a result of a breach of these regulations. The
children under 14 must be accompanied by adults and placed under their supervision
within the pool area.
The swimming pool can pose a serious danger to your children. A drowning happened very quickly. Of the
children near a swimming pool requires your constant vigilance and active supervision, even
if they can swim. The presence of a parent and/or an adult is mandatory when the pool is
open.
DISCIPLINE AND HYGIENE:
