Whole building rental. 4 bedrooms, 4 queen beds, 2 twin, 2 futons, 4 walk in shower bathrooms. Key code locks for each room on patio , all have separate entrance
. Located on a rural retreat of serenity on 11 acres that is over looking rolling hills with horses and wildlife. Beach themed rooms of all beach décor. Smart Tvs .

I have yard games, indoor games, bon fires , waterfall pond , grills for cooking and serenity to offer. I’m based in Brook Park just over an hour north of the cities out in the country. Nearby is Hinckley Casino, state parks, Vasselopa skiing, movies, fishing, hunting, kayak rental, lakes, shopping , wineries, golf, bowling and much more. I live a ways behind this building in my home so after check in you have your privacy. Just a note, Im not set up anywhere for children to play. A pre-approval needed for a well managed dog that is good with cats on my farm.
I am licensed and state inspected. All bedding, towels and slippers will be washed before every arrival. Game room with pool table, fooseball and ping pong.

Good and Bad

The good: The rooms were well kept and stocked, the property was kept nice as well, the added game room was a great addition and place to get away from the mosquitoes in the evenings as a group. The Bad: The posting states 5 bedrooms but at midnight of the first night the host arrived to tell us we couldn't use the 5th room even though we had booked for the max number of people and paid the extra person charge. The posts lists a grill but when we arrived the host said we had to bring our own propane tank for the grill so we could not use that. Interactions with the host were overall poor.

A Wonderful Escape with a Perfect Host!

My friends and I stayed here because we wanted to decompress and get out into nature. Our Saturday pontoon rental was cancelled due to thunderstorms, but we had a great time together hanging out in the game room and waiting out the storm. We loved each having our own separate spaces, like a motel, with a beautiful property to relax outside on once the rain stopped. Each room was not only clean and well-appointed, but beautifully decorated with a beachy theme and filled with snacks and pop! Candy clearly takes pride in providing a great time to her guests. We couldn't ask for a better place to spend the weekend together!

Quick Place to Lay Our Heads

After a full day of running, this was the PERFECT place for my (Ragnar) team to lay or heads; peace and quiet with gorgeous views! Each unit was like our own little apartment, had everything we needed to feel right at home with a comfy porch for us to gather. We definitely will be back and would highly recommend this property!

Splendid relaxation

Host was very accommodating. Everyone had a very relaxing time. Rooms were welcoming with a pleasant surprise of a nicely stocked mini-fridge. Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful Oasis

The owner was wonderful! There was a lot of personal touch (i.e. snacks, hot chocolate and popcorn, all kinds of games and things for the kids to do. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the horses. The stargazing around the fire was amazing as well. We would definitely return.

Brand new built in 2020 opened in October. Im a horse back rider and camper and I found this property and fell in love with the majestic open rolling hills and just had to share it with others.
