Return home and splash in your own private outdoor pool, relax in the hot tub, hang out in the outdoor pool area, and grill up your masterpieces on either the charcoal or gas grill. Your vacation will be unforgettable in this spacious, open concept, 8-bedroom estate in the serene village of Waves.

The fenced-in pool area is perfect to unwind and listen to the ocean waves and feel the salt breeze. Laze in the large pool or star gaze while soaking in the hot tub. Gated for safety, the covered area of the pool deck has private outdoor showers and storage area for your beach gear. Step inside to the spacious game room equipped with everything you need for quality time with the family. Ease back into one of the recliners or play at the game table. Challenge the family to a game of pool, watch your favorite streamed movie on the large flatscreen TV, or listen to high-def music. Snack at the wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Put the kids to bed in the bunk bedroom with a twin-over-full pyramid bunk, with a nearby hall bath. Choose from two king master bedrooms each with an attached private bath. All bedrooms in the home have a flatscreen Roku-equipped TV.

The second level has four bedrooms, all with access to an outside deck. Choose from one of the two king master bedrooms each with a private attached bath, ocean views and access to the mid-level deck. The other two bedrooms use the nearby hall bath. A king bedroom with views of the ocean and deck access and the final bedroom with two pyramid, twin-over-full, bunk beds. A washer and dryer are on this level.

The top level opens to the large great room with a killer ocean view. Beach décor and the natural light bouncing from the vaulted ceiling will lift your spirit. Bring out your inner chef in the giant updated, well-equipped kitchen. Put the family to work with ample counter space and a huge breakfast bar that seats six. Feast at the dining table that seats ten for a grand meal, surrounded by ocean views on three sides. After dinner, you can catch up in the loft, grab some board games, puzzles, or books from the bookshelf, and play on the game table. Or, gather in the great room and watch a streamed or Bluray movie on the large flatscreen hanging over the fireplace (not for guest use). Walk outside on the deck and watch as the sun glitters on the ocean.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
