Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was ok for a short stay. We spent a month and felt the place could use some attention. It was surface clean but really could use a deep clean. The furniture is tired and not very comfortable. The sheets do not fit the beds and all were wearing thin. Deep pocket sheets are required for those mattresses. It’s not a bad place, it just needs a little attention.

Reviewer Comments: The only thing we were upset with was when a family emergency occurred back home in IL and we needed to leave 3 weeks early from the fully paid condo we did not get any credit back to put towards our upcoming 4 month stay starting in November 2024. Other than that, everything was really great!

Never Again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to mention my disappointment in unit 607 Ocean Club which I rented from 10/1/23 to 10/8/23.I have rented in this building 3 other times and have loved it. Before Covid.This unit was very dirty. I would expect housekeeping to notify maintenance of problems when they do a clean.First.. sliding doors so dirty they looked foggy. Property manager said she would notify housekeeping. I cleaned them myself, luckily I had window cleaner for my car. However I am only five foot 3 so there was a distinct line to where I could reach that was still there when we left.The stopper in the master sink was stuck closed and maintenance had to get a new one.The Master bath can lights needed bulbs as well as the master bedroom. I felt like a complainer but after a few days requested maintenance. (they were very prompt)Master shower head was clogged and the shower had black mold. I used my own cleaner wipes as best I could. Eventually maintenance replaced it. Huge difference.The first morning went to dry my hair and no hair dryer. Someone brought it later in the day.Master bedroom floor was gritty. I vacuumed and picked up a LOT of dirt.The bedding on the master bed was torn and had a significant amount of pilling on the bottom sheet. The mattress had two dips where bodies had worn it out. I think the bed frame or base has broken slats as when moving in bed a loud noise could be heard.The pillows were rocks. There was only one TV remote in the bedroom and after so many warnings in the paperwork I was afraid so I called for help but none was offered. I figured out the one remote worked both the TV and the cable.On the third day we were going to use the microwave for breakfast and had a nasty surprise when it was caked with old food. I cleaned it (before coffee) and could not get some of the caked stuff off. Pictures after I cleaned it.The living room furniture is very beaten down and uncomfortable. The rattan chair is stained

Perfect Place

This is just across the street from the beach, with a great walking path, quick access to restaurants and local attractions. Amazing staff, very kind and responsive. Great pool and outdoor space. Quiet atmosphere. My unit was much larger than I anticipated and very well maintained, absolutely had everything I needed for my stay. Very comfortable. I would 100% recommend a short or long stay here! I felt very safe as well as I was traveling alone. Biloxi is a hidden gem with it's proximity to busier beach areas, you'll love it here!

Ocean Club 607

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th visit to Ocean Club. We feel it is the best condo complex in the Biloxi area. The unit, 207, was very well equipped. There were a few issues, but management had them taken care of quickly.The table and chairs are not user friendly. The bar stools are unwieldy and uncomfortable. In our opinion the king size mattress needs to be replaced.We were very happy to find that we were able to record tv shows with the new cable system. It is little difficult to decipher the various remotes. There could be a standard set of instructions.As usual we found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating.

We loved how easy the check in/check out was. We needed extra blankets which were promptly delivered. The location was perfect as well.One thing that I will say... the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have EVER slept on. My 12 year old chose to sleep on the pull out couch because his bed was so uncomfortable. We actually decided to leave a day early because our backs & necks couldn’t take those tortured beds one more night. For the life of me I don’t understand why you would have beds that uncomfortable in such a beautiful place.

I am in the Air Force and am trying to get reimbursed. The problem is my Resources people will not accept the current receipt I was sent because it doesn’t say that my card was charged. I contacted you guys and all I’ve gotten is the date the rejected bill was sent and frankly the replies seemed rude. So currently I will not be reimbursed until i get an updated receipt. Only reason not recommending right now is because my Air Force friends might not be reimbursed and get stuck with a huge bill.

Long term rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo while waiting for our house to be built. We felt the location was ideal, close to Sunkist golf course, Keesler AFB, many good restaurants and only a short drive to our new home which was under construction. The condo facilities were excellent. The pool area was great and the fitness area was well equipped. However this unit was a bit tired. The dinner table and chairs were dated and very uncomfortable. The chairs were heavy and made a terrible racket when moved on the floor. The kitchen was very well equipped. The very best thing about OC-607 is the sunrise in the morning. This east facing unit was also cooler in the afternoon, although with only two chairs on the balcony you would need to bring extra chairs if you have more in your party.
