This family-friendly, two-story home offers something unique that can't be simply found anywhere–jaw-dropping views of the bay, a waterfront private pool, and exclusive amenities. The first and main level of the home boasts a marvelous open layout with dark wood accents and tiled floors throughout the home, providing a classic and elegant charm. You won't believe the living room area. It comes equipped with comfortable furnishings strategically located in front of a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. You'll notice elegant decor throughout and wall-to-wall windows that will light up the entire floor with natural light.

You'll have a dining area featuring a polished and large dining table with unobstructed views of the pool and nearby bay. Nothing beats having a delicious meal accompanied by an unparalleled view. Right next to the dining area is the gourmet kitchen, which will delight everyone in the group, especially the chef! This kitchen has everything, and we really mean everything, that you need to make cooking a breeze and an unforgettable experience. There is plenty of space to move around freely while cooking and enough cabinets to store all of your groceries and goodies. The granite countertops are a delight as well. Some of the unique, stainless steel appliances you'll find here are a French door fridge, two ovens, a cooktop with an integrated range hood, a dishwasher, two coffee makers (one of them a Keurig), and a kitchen island. If the fridge is not enough to store all your goodies, you'll find a regular, full-size fridge in the laundry room, where there is also a washer/dryer combo.

Right off the main living area is the patio, which is simply a wonder. It's partially covered and offers an outdoor dining area along with a seating area with comfortable outdoor furniture. The waterfront outdoor pool will be everyone's best friend when it's time for a refreshing splash. You can already tell Sunset Castle is all about comfort and relaxation.

Back inside, climb up the elegant spiral staircase and you'll find yourself on the upper level of the home. The first space you'll come across is a living area, perfect for family gatherings if you're not in the mood to go to the first floor. It's equipped with recliners, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and a wine fridge. The main bedroom offers endless privacy and comfort with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a telescope pointing at the water, a desk and a comfortable desk chair, a tremendous waterfront balcony, and a full en suite bathroom that is simply wonderful. The bathroom has tiled floors and walls, spacious double sinks sharing a large mirror, a tiled walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. There is also a large walk-in closet to store your belongings. The other two bedrooms also have flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combos.

This location is right in the heart of South Padre Island, mere steps away from the ocean and surrounded by incredible restaurants. Exciting evenings await at Gravity Park, an adventure and amusement park located one mile away from your home. More adventures await at Beach Park At Isla Blanca, a family-friendly waterpark offering premier water attractions and multiple meeting and banquet areas.

There is a dock for bay boats only. The dock is 20-foot long and guests can use ropes. Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
