Zero communication, wont stay here again.

Idk how best to go about this review. I reached out SEVERAL time on MULTIPLE platforms for help, and there was NEVER ANy REAL RESPONSE BACK. Felt like I was talking to a bot, i got feedback ill get back to you, ill check and never heard back. We ran out of toilet paper and there was NO extra TOILET paper provided. ONE GARBAGE bags for almost 6 night stay. And we were asked to take out the trash multiple times during our stay. ZERO bath maths, zero hand towels. Worst stay every.

Short stay before our cruise

We stayed a few days before our cruise. The unit had everything we needed including air conditioning that worked great and the beds are super comfortable!! Located a short walk from the beach. Zero complaints, we would stay again.

Oh where do I begin with the review on this apartment? Although I don’t think it matters. Because no one ever responds to a positive or negative review based on what I have read. Myself and my family booked the day before. So it was a last minute booking. However, they did accept it. So they did find the time to send me the information packet that I needed for check in. After that no more communication from the manager. Upon arrival to the apartment I was amazed at how spacious and modern it was decorated. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. When I entered the bedrooms I noticed a smell of dirty sheets. So I went to check the pillows and yes, the sheets were stained like they haven't been replaced in a long time. The pillows in the second bedroom were so nasty. They were stained completely. just disgusting. The couch was full of stains. One of the cushions was not even in the casing. So it was deflated and laying on the ground. There were no rugs on the floor as the picture showed on the listing. There was only one blind in the living room that worked. They were automatic. They had a control to them. The other one didn't even have a blind attached and the other windows didn't have anything at all. Nothing like the listing shows in the pictures. I decided to wash the sheets in the bedrooms. Only to find out that the washer was not working. The outlets in the bathroom were not working so I had to blow dry my hair a

Great location, great condo!

Perfectly located in Condado, 5 min walk to beach. Condo is nicely appointed - washer/dryer a huge plus. Host provided a lot MORE amenities than advertised (nice surprise!) - soap, paper towel, ample towels, AppleTV box, beach umbrella and beach chairs, coolers…all stocked. Convenient walking to so many restaurants, and inexpensive Uber into old town (if the ~hr walk is too much and you don’t scooter) and to/fr airport. Will rent again when I’m back in SJU. Highly recommend.

Great Condado location

Perfect condo with great location for our family of four. Off-street parking a huge plus. Very greatfull for the generator when the entire island lost power for two days. We were cool and cozy at night. Lots of thought into appointing the property and it had all the essentials. Property manager offered lots of communication before, during, and at check out.

Nice location, nice apartment terrible communication with manager

On New Year’s Eve, the elevator broke down. My family and I tried unsuccessfully to go back home to the apartment but the keys that were provided did not include the keys to the door the leads to the Lobbie of the floor where the apartment is at. We were tired and desperate. We tried everything to get back to the apartment and for almost three hours we couldn’t get in. Me and my son missed the new year celebration because we left my wife and my daughter at a party and went back to the apartment to try to get in. The clock hit midnight and we were al sweating trying to get in the apartment. We tried to call the management and after a long time we got a text back telling us to use the utility elevator or stairways. Again we got to the floor but could not get in because we didn’t have the key to the lobby door. The text also said that there is nothing else that could be done Finally at around 3:00 am a neighbor heard us banging on the door and he opened the door for Us. I was so upset, tired , sweaty . This final day of my wonderful vacation in PR was just terrible.

My name is Jose and I live with my wife Livia, and 6 year old daughter Colette in Guaynabo. We are both in real estate/property management and have been for many years. We were both raised in New York City and met each other in Puerto Rico. We love the Island and want everyone who visits our island to enjoy it like a local! Our goal is to provide the type of experience we would want when traveling to another city.....which if you’re a tourist is the same quality of accommodations as a hotel at a much lower cost, with local tips and suggestions on how to navigate the neighborhood/island.

I currently have around 20 units listed and will likely have more by Spring of 2020, so keep your eye out for new properties. I am always around to help when needed, so if you have any issues, be sure to reach out.
