Welcome to our charming atypical apartment in the heart of Paris' 15th arrondissement. This rooftop apartment offers a warm and comfortable space for up to 3 people. With 2 separate bedrooms, including a double bed and a single bed, you'll enjoy total privacy. Bed linen and towels are provided to make your stay even more pleasant.

The living room is a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in the capital. Exposed beams add an authentic touch to the decor, and the large windows provide natural light that bathes the space in a welcoming atmosphere. You'll find a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You'll find induction hobs, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. A dining table is also at your disposal, allowing you to share convivial moments over your favorite dishes.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub for well-deserved relaxation. You'll also find a hairdryer to lighten your luggage. However, please note that the ceiling is low due to the location under the roof (between 1.6m and 1.8m in some places, so if you're tall, it's not practical).

To ensure a pleasant stay, the accommodation is equipped with an air-conditioning system in the living room to cool you down on hot summer days. In the bedrooms, fans are at your disposal for peaceful, comfortable nights.

Close proximity to the La Motte Picquet metro station (lines 6 and 8) means you can easily get around the city. Paris is yours to explore, with its many emblematic sites and neighborhoods to discover.

ATTENTION: You have to bend down to enter the bathroom, and the ceiling inside is quite low, so if you're over 1.80 m tall, it's not practical.

For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
