In an 18th century building, this apartment is located on the second floor with elevator and offers:
- A spacious, comfortable living room with a large sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV.
- A comfortable dining area for six people
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and numerous kitchen utensils.
- A beautiful, quiet bedroom with a hotel-quality queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Separate WC.
- Laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Your bed will be made up for your arrival, and towels and tea towels are provided.
You will be welcomed by a member of the Cocoonr team to hand over the keys, who will be able to answer any questions you may have.

Of course, wifi connection (fiber) is free.

The Saint Pierre district, a UNESCO-listed historic part of Old Bordeaux, is made up of a number of small squares, including Place du Parlement, Place Camille-Jullian, Place du Palais and Place de la Bourse, which are linked by small cobbled streets such as Rue du Parlement, Rue de la Devise and Rue du Pas-Saint-Georges.
A semi-pedestrian district, you'll find it easy to explore Bordeaux. Rue Sainte Catherine, Europe's longest pedestrian street, the Grand Theatre and museums are just 200 m away.

Camille Jullian, a paid public parking lot, is 50 m from the apartment. (27€/24h) as well as the Place de la Bourse parking lot.
