This fabulous three-bedroom Ski-in/out condo, located in Mountain Village, sleeps up to nine guests, making it ideal for a family ski vacation or summer getaway adventure. With a well-equipped kitchen and beautiful furnishings throughout, you may never want to step outside for that big adventure. Spend the day on the mountain then head back to this retreat. You'll love stepping off the elevator directly into your unit. No hallways and no walls are shared with other units in the building, so this decreases potential noise and increases your privacy. The main bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The attached bathroom has a large steam shower, a separate jetted tub, and double sinks. So, after your adventure, you'll have a lovely space to come back to that is comfortably furnished. In addition to a wonderful location, arriving is made extremely easy since there is one reserved parking spot in the private garage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place had all the necessities needed not to mention it was right across the street from the Market and gondola to get into town. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

Our family had a great stay at Trails Edge. The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect, right by the gondolas and the market. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great trip

Beautiful property! If there was one issue (and this is being nitpicky) the check in directions that were texted were not as complete as the email. We relied on the text and couldn't get in until we looked at the email... But, again. Everything else was amazing.

Love the location

It was a quick 500-yard walk to a nice grocery store and the free gondola. We took the gondola to the small village area, to the top of the mountain to Allred’s fine dining, and all the way to downtown Telluride. We didn't get back in the car until we left for home. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We made amazing meals and played cards late into the night. Our friends stayed on the top-floor condo and took the elevator down to ours. Awesome stay!!!

Trails Edge

The convenience in location was great, right across the street from the gondola and the grocery story. The parking has to be one of the most comfortable/easiest in Mountain Village, the elevator is a plus. The home is stunning and provided such a cozy/comfortable stay for my family and myself.

Beautiful and convenient property

My husband and our two young children stayed here and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lovely finishes and attention to detail. I loved this development and its location in mountain is compared to none. Privacy yet close proximity to everything you need like the market, gondola and restaurants. We walked to get breakfast tacos and coffee every morning near the market. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect family trip!

We loved how much space we had in the beautiful condo. Seems pretty new and it was really awesome to have a parking spot in the garage. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved sitting out on the patio! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are super nice. Kitchen was awesome to cook when we wanted to since the village market is across the street as well as the gondola. Our kids walked to a pond nearby to visit ducks and fish a little bit. Nice, quiet area but still convenient to everything thanks to the free gondola system. Would book this beautiful condo again in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to come back!!!
