- An entrance hatch for bikes and skis
- A 1-meter-wide covered sidewalk terrace alongside the building
- A small, grassy, east-facing, shared, unfenced plot surrounding the building.

The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment, in a quiet residence for families with children. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

The village of Les Angles is very typical and lively, and offers a wide range of activities for everyone. You can go to the cinema, whose auditorium is dug into the rock (an atypical and cosy venue). A wide range of shops are open to you, including several restaurants, the highest of which is a must, at the arrival point of the Pèlerins gondola lift. From here, you can't miss Lou Bac Mountain, the longest monorail toboggan run in the Pyrenees. The Angléo thermo-ludic establishment and bowling alley in the center of the village ensure a relaxing end to the day. Skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding for young and old, as well as snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, are all on offer. In summer, numerous hikes, many of them themed, depart from the village and the surrounding area, not forgetting all the activities on Lac de Matemale (beach, inflatable games, water sports) and restaurants in the shade of the pines, and cycling activities in the BIKE PARK and PUMP TRACK as well as several mountain bike hikes to suit all levels.

Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot. The apartment has its own numbered parking space, accessible by all types of vehicle.

- During all school vacations, the village's shuttle bus network offers a wide range of times to take you up to the village and down to the foot of the slopes and back. The village is a 5-minute walk and 15 minutes from the gondola.
- Les Angles shuttle to Mont-Louis train station
- Shuttles to Perpignan and Toulouse airports during ski season
