Great apartment in a great location

The check-in and check-out process was very easy and well described in the directions. The apartment was great and communication with the owner was very easy and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this place if you need anything in Tijuana.

Cute place, but not suited for more than a weekend or for recovering from surgery

This apartment looks exactly as listed and the owner is very responsive and tried to be as helpful as possible, but there were several issues that made it unsuitable for a stay of more than a few days, especially if you're recovering from surgery, as I was. The owner responded promptly when I messaged about these issues, had a fan/towels/trash bags sent up, turned down the water pressure, and said we could use the building laundry. They indicated that a technician would look at the stove and AC. I recommend asking about this before booking. They offered to have someone come during our stay, but I was too weak/tired to have a stranger around. Items sent to owner: - Stove is (per owner) wired wrong. It took 3+ hours to cook rice, 45 minutes to cook eggs in the morning. - AC leaks black water, spits ice sometimes, rotting the baseboard. - No blackout curtains in west-facing living room with wall of windows. AC does not cool bedroom, so both rooms are incredibly hot all afternoon and evening. Fan was broken. - There were no kitchen towels for cleaning or hand washing, only two bathroom towels. - The kitchen faucet had only incredibly high water pressure and sprayed all over the fridge and counter unless we were very careful, so the no-towel thing was a problem. - There is a water filter, but it is was very dirty and may need to be changed or cleaned. - The fridge appears to have a water filter, but water just pours out the bottom of the door when the container is filled.

Absolutely fantastic Rental

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. Super convenient to many attractions and activities very close. The apartment is beautiful, with a fantastic view. It is clean and decorated gorgeous. I felt very comfortable and secure. The host is a sweetheart, was available for all of my questions and responded instantly. I will most definitely be booking again with this host and location. We had a pleasant stay.
