Located on the front of B building with the beautiful Atrium. Take a short ride on the glass elevator to the 2nd floor, B-242 is located midway. Great view of the pool and whirlpool in the center of the atrium. As you enter this spacious condo , the master with a queen bed and a private full bathroom is to the right. The guest bedroom to the left with 2 twin beds and the full bathroom next to it. Continue to the left is the living room with new sofa and 2 rocking full recliners to relax while watching the flat screen TV or a movie from the DVD. Your 6 chair dinning room and full size kitchen are on the right. Two large sliding glass doors bring plenty sunshine and takes you to the balcony. Table and chairs to enjoy a cold beverage while viewing the distant shoreline and the up close and center ponds with the soothing water fountains and plenty wild life. The myrtle Beach resort is a 33-acre gated oceanfront resort. The beach is breathtaking, The ocean is endless and swimmer's friendly. During the summer season, there are life guards for safety and beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. The resort has several indoor/outdoor swimming pools, whirlpools, a lazy river, tennis courts, basket ball court, playground, outdoor seating areas with charcoal grills to have a picnic or cookout. Also, arcade, food venues, bar with live night entertainment or karaoke and other comforts. Downtown Myrtle Beach with all that it has to offer is only 12 minutes away!

Very clean just as described !

I was impressed with the gated community as we arrived . Then once inside the community their are several pools ,hotub and pickleball court. Very nice place and will return in the future .

Perfect condo

Condo was exactly as described online. Perfect for myself and two children as far as size and location within the resort. Very clean and stocked with all necessary supplies in the kitchen for nights you choose to stay in. Would definitely stay here again. Also loves the indoor pool and seating area right outside our room on the first floor. Entire area of building where condo is located is very clean and security was always around which makes you feel safe.

Myrtle Beach condo

Our family usually chooses a beach house, but this condo and the amenities of the resort worked well for us. Very convenient and offered lots to do.

Had a blast GREAT place to stay

GREAT LOCATION, There was 3 pools one inside thr building & 2 outside building & beach was also 4 minutes walking distance. Room was VERY CLEAN, I got to meet Nury Benz ( the owner of the apt) & she was A VERY NICE & HUMBLE PERSON.. I will def stay there again..Highly Recommended

Excellent property

I highly recommend this property to any group! We had 6 people and there was plenty of room. Excellent views of the ocean. So much to do on the property and not too far from anything in Myrtle Beach. We were only a few miles from Myrtle Beach State Park, which is where we got married. That made getting ready for the wedding much easier! The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay plus some. Nury was an excellent host and I would definitely rent from her again! Perfect vacation!

Perfect last minute rental

This property caught my eye as I was searching for last minute vacation spots in Myrtle. On such short notice I was thankful to rent a property that had great amenities and affordable prices. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. My only wish was to have laundry facilities in the condo instead of on the property. Other than that we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from Nury again!!

Great condo

The condo was laid out great, very roomy and the location was great. The resort complex had everything you could need. My fiance and I both have bad backs so the master bed was a little soft for us, but that was our only complaint. Otherwise we loved it.

I relocated to SC March 2019. I purchased a condo on the 5th floor of this building. I noticed that visitors liked the second floor best I sold my condo and move to a house. I love the Myrtle Beach Resort. I just wanted a garden of my own. When I felt it was time to make an investment I came back and purchased this beautiful condo B-242.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

During winter, the "snowbirds" like this Atrium building because, unless they want to walk the beach, they don't have to leave the building. Everything is here. The heated pool, whirlpool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, mail room, library/game room, activities room, vending machine and other commodities can be found within this building. The second floor is high enough to feel secure and only one flight of steps if the elevator goes out. It is on the "sunny side" of the building! Everything is perfect!
