Beautiful home but needs attention.

Several disappointing issues with this home. From lack of basic pillows on bed (had to remove decorative shams and find pillowcases) to general house maintenance in need of attention. Had to clean D/W filter due to inability to clean dishes. Two week stay and two dishwasher tabs were available. The outdoor Weber grill ash bin was so full and filling grill bottom we had to empty to use it but ashtray was no longer removable due to lack of maintaining, making job bigger than needed to be. Also grill grate needs to be replaced. The homes large, tall windows facing the pool were filthy and so was fire table glass. I had to purchase glass cleaner to clean table and general home cleaning. Refrigerator door shelf was covered with white cream when we arrived. The patio is nice but solar lights attached to the fence are broken or missing and there is glass laying in the rock. A table and chairs under the pergola/gazebo by grills would be nice for outdoor dining. Also the afternoon/early evening sun faces the fire table area and it is way too hot to be there to enjoy time outside near the water. Also bats are nesting/living above the patio in the homes louvers above the fire table seating area and bat droppings are falling on the furniture and patio floor. We had to vacuum and clean area daily. A primary bedroom television would be appreciated, surprised there wasn’t one. Location is aways from shopping, etc but we were aware of that. Home needs a deep clean.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our time at this house. They had all the essentials needed to make it comfortable for our family. More than enough space for everyone, plus we were able to cook, without having to buy extra things. Thank you for having us, when we are in AZ again, we’ll definitely be staying here again!!!

Missed the mark

We booked this place while we moved out to let our flooring get redone at our house. We had high expectations for the place, but it sadly disappointed us. The grill outside is in terrible shape and can't be used. The fire pit has to be jimmied with to get it working. The "luxury appliances" in the kitchen are desperate for attention. The oven controls have the labels worn off. The fridge needs the filter replaced. The dishwasher doesn't drain all the way and leaves bacteria filled water to sit at the bottom. There is a big bug problem, and they desperately need a pest control treatment. A bunch of the furniture is broken and/ or needs attention. The carpet has stains that pop once you are in there for a couple of days. It wouldn't take a lot for this place to be a great 5 star stay, but it misses the mark for us.

Nice place but lots of cameras.

We were comfortable here. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt safe. The thermostat is quirky but the AC works great if you stay on top of the thermostat. The pool was too cold to swim. The TV/Remote had no instructions or service or antenna. You have to use your own streaming service if you want to watch TV. We did miss having access to news and local channels. It seems like that should be the bare minimum. The sunlight coming through the windows was beautiful. Just like the listing says, the sunsets were amazing. The long dining table was lovely. All the furniture was comfortable. It looked like the lounge chairs in the back yard had been upgraded, though we didn't spend any time out there. Plenty of very nice towels provided. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked like it had everything you would need. Our only complaint was that there were loads of cameras outside in the back yard. (6) They were in the fire pit and dining area and aimed at the pool. These were not disclosed in the listing and felt very invasive. I questioned this with the property manager and was told they weren't hooked up, but we only had her word for that. Because of this we chose not to hang out in the back yard and pool area. Cameras, whether functioning or not, should be disclosed in the property listing so you know that information before booking.

A couple of things to get repaired: Microwave handle - none Master bedroom restroom- toilet handle missing parts Back bedroom left side window does not lock Many bugs dead around the property Who ever is cleaning the place needs to be checked on.

Very nice stay

We had a great stay at your house. It had everything that we needed. Very comfortable mattresses and really clean. Hoping to come back next year it is a really nice area. Just letting you know a box from Costco came and I put it in the garage and the toilet paper holder in the master sweet needs to be tightened I would’ve done it but had no tools with me. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

House was spacious, but there were house cleaning issues!

Upon arrival the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the coffee pot was not clean and still had used grounds in it, the handle was completely broken off the microwave, the tub in the second bathroom did not drain well so we took showers in standing water, a pool chair sitting next to the pool was broken/unusable and there were no instructions for the firepit. And not being able to use the TV for basic channels was disappointing as there was no info about this on the VRBO sight.

Lovely place outside Tucson

Spacious, clean and pretty. 4 of us shared the whole house and each got a room and a queen bed (1 a king!) Definitely room for more people. Linens were fresh, towels soft. Coffee was already there and even wines and beer although we didn't partake. I recommend this lovely home.

Reflect and appreciate life

It was such a wonderful stay. Our family traveled from Colorado and New Mexico to attend our good friends celebration of life. I am so glad we chose your Vrbo listing. Amazing

Agnes and Aaron are nothing short of amazing. Hands down the best VRBO stay I’ve had. We moved to Tucson and needed a semi-long term stay while we looked and purchased a home. Agnes even referred me to her realtor, who helped us find our dream home. This home is comfortable, beautiful, and just what my family needed. I cannot praise this stay or the hosts enough. My extended family already has their vacation booked with Agnes and Aaron. Definitely recommend!
