In the Parc district of Royan, just a few steps from the shops at the Parc market and the Grande Conche beach, this 1950s villa plunges you into a pivotal period in a privileged district of the seaside resort.
A holiday villa by definition, the house is surrounded by trees and boasts superb sea views. Ideally located, it's just a short stroll from the shops at the Marché du Parc and the Grande Conche beach.
The entrance to the house invites you into typical 50's architecture: luminous thanks to the glass brick wall and voluminous thanks to the wooden staircase, whose shaft is fitted with a reading corner.
The living area features a lounge/living room that extends onto the terrace, which enjoys a beautiful sea view. Following on from the living room, the kitchen has survived the decades and retained its original furniture, featuring Formica, glass paving, and the bright colors of the heyday of the Royal family.
There is also a bedroom and shower room on this main level.
Upstairs are several bedrooms, two of which have access to a balcony with ocean views. A third bedroom and shower room complete this level.
The outside of the house features a garden planted with trees, with several rest areas, inviting you to enjoy the peace away from the glare of the sun. The garage is ideal for storing beach equipment or bicycles.
