The apartment is located on a quiet street in a beautiful historic building. Every window offers views of the Eiffel Tower and the city's rooftops. It comprises two rooms and provides a comfortable space for an upscale stay in the heart of Paris.

Located on the 6th floor with elevator, the apartment comprises :
- a bright, welcoming living room with high ceilings.
- a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven/microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower,
- bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and heated towel rail,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities, clothes hangers,
- fan,
- WIFI and Smart TV with cable.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the chic Gros Caillou district of the 7th arrondissement of Paris. It is conveniently situated just a short distance from both the Pont Alexandre III and the Quays of the Seine, between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. You will be in close proximity to a variety of stores, restaurants, and cafes located on lively, typical shopping streets such as rue Cler, rue de Grenelle, and rue Saint-Dominique. Discover the culinary delights of Rue Surcouf and Rue Saint-Dominique. These streets are home to excellent restaurants, including several Michelin-starred ones such as David Toutain, Tomy & Co, and Violon d'Ingres. Rue Saint-Dominique also offers a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower. All of these attractions are presented in a logical order, making it easy to plan your visit. On foot, you can visit the capital's landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Rodin Museum, the Musée d'Orsay, the Hôtel des Invalides and its garden, the Grand Palais, and the Tuileries Gardens.
The apartment's location is ideal for enjoying the 2024 Olympic Games, which will be held from July 26 to August 11. The opening ceremony will take place on the Seine River, with boats and at the base of the Eiffel Tower. Most of the competitions will be held in and around the 7th arrondissement.
