Brief stay in Houston

This was a very nice home, and the James Bond theme was fun. We had a comfortable two night stay, but didn't use many of the amenities in the home. I think this might work well for a longer term stay. There's a coffee/bakery that opens at 7 am within easy walking distance that made breakfast simpler. Currently there is quite a bit of construction on the adjacent street, so there is noise during the day. Google Maps is not handling the construction reroutes well, so allow a little extra time to figure out the routing. Overall a nice place to stay.

Business Trip

I rented this property for a 10-day business trip. The property is as described for the most part. The property states new, it may be new to VRBO, but items in the apartment are not new. Old towels, bedspread had stains. Sheets are scratchy, not comfortable. I ordered sheets of Amazon and took theirs off. There is construction work beside the unit, so the noise level is high. I sent a message asking about parking for the unit before I rented, I was told the parking was located in the parking garage on the same level, level 4, as the unit. After I arrived I was told I had to park on the 7th floor, which is not covered. The elevator to the 7th level didn't always work. Micheal was very nice and did answer all my questions quickly. However, I did feel like it was a bate and switch in regards to the parking. If driving up and down 7 levels isn't a problem for you, the unit is good.

The property was very clean and convenient, and Michael was available at all hours to help with the Latch system which I was not familiar with. There are a few improvements I passed on to him to make it exceptional.

Perfect!

I loved this property. It was close to everything I love about Houston. It was easy to get in and out- especially since I Uber everywhere. It also felt very safe. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I plan on staying there again in the future.

Absolutely loved this place!

The host was amazing along with the property! I will be staying here again on my next visit! The place was stocked with beverages, toiletries, and cooking spices. It felt as if I was in my own home.

We were expecting you Mr. Bond

The property was immaculate, and looked exactly like the photos. The unit was well stocked with complimentary essentials needed for my stay. The " James Bond" theme throughout the unit made the accommodations that much more! Michael was very professional and accommodating He even text me to make sure I was enjoying my stay and to see if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this unit to family members and my work colleagues, traveling to Houston. Although I have reserved several listings with no complaints, this one is by far the best accommodation. From a scale of 1-10 I would rate this unit a 12. Kudos to Michael.

Wow! This place was stunning and perfect.

Loved the James Bond theme! Very well put together and thought out . Everything was above and beyond from the well stocked coffee bar and unexpected extras to a nice bottle of wine and Ghirardelli chocolates upon arrival. This host gets it and had plenty of luxury toiletries and make up wipes available . The location is awesome and convenient to everything . I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.

Awesome Stay

10 out of 10 I would recommend to a couple or business traveler anyone really! The place was exactly as described everyone was very accommodating and just generally pleasant. Very smooth and easy check in and out and the host is responsive and polite and very helpful in extending when asked right up to the deadline!!!! Thank again!
