Welcome to "the small town of character".
This house near the city center, is located in a quiet and relaxing hamlet.
It offers 3 bedrooms upstairs for 5 people and a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the ground floor, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opens onto a large and bright veranda where you can enjoy the sun, it opens on all sides.
Come and play or laze around in the fully enclosed garden, sunny and large enough for the whole family!
A back kitchen with all garden equipment, washing machine and dishwasher and a second toilet complete this house.
You can also park 2 cars in the courtyard.
Voted a small town of character, Piriac displays its charms in its architectural heritage as well as on its small beaches which take place at the foot of the walls and rocks. There is the peaceful cove of Lérat, the secret cove of Kervélys, the beach of La Mine… and all the coves suitable for relaxation, swimming and fishing on foot! LA TURBALLE and the surrounding area

The Belvédère chapel of Trescalan was built and dedicated to Notre-Dame de Miséricorde. Every year, on the evening of September 22, the rosary was said and a special hymn was sung in honor of the saint. To access this platform, you climb 110 steps and after a first landing you can discover the vault of the Church's framework and admire the view.
