Enter the large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto a dining area and a large living room near the bay window providing access to the large terrace. Lie down on a deck chair to observe the beauty of the lake and enjoy the tranquility of the place. On the terrace, share meals on the large table with family and friends. This house offers you a master bedroom with its 160 cm bed, its private bathroom with bathtub with a breathtaking view of the Lake. A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm single bunk bed. Finally a third bedroom with a 90 cm single bed. A small bathroom serves the two bedrooms.

Once there, park in the private car park next to the right gable or in front of the wooden steps leading to the entrance to your house.

Key management is done independently. The accommodation concierge is available by telephone if necessary.

The point of attraction remains the lake with its leisure center (canoeing, pedal boats, beach, fishing), its restaurant and its brasserie on the banks of the lake. Just 20 minutes from the magnificent Beauval Zoo to spend a beautiful day. You are 5 minutes from the magnificent village of Montrésor, voted one of the most beautiful villages in France. 15 minutes from Loches, a beautiful medieval town with its royal castle, its keep, its lively pedestrian streets and its market every Wednesday and Saturday morning in the heart of the town. Touraine with its treasures such as the Château de Chenonceau (30 min), the château and Clos Lucé (last home of Leonardo da Vinci) in Amboise (38 min), its vineyards of the Loire Valley, the Château de Monpoupon 15 minutes away. And so many beautiful sites to discover.

By the A85: 10 min from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceau.
By the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray les Tours exit, take direction Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches train station 15 minutes away: to go to Tours.
Tours Airport: 40 min.
