Gillade: Renlighet, boendets skick och faciliteter och kommunikation

Really enjoyed our time here. The condo is tastefully decorated, the bed is comfy, the building is very quiet and secure in a great neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown. But the real treat is the view! The harbour is always buzzing with activity: water taxis, ferries, rowing clubs, sea planes, sailboats, whale watching boats, and cruise ships. Not to mention the beautiful Olympic mountains in the distance; it was truly a delight to watch each day! I would have given this property top marks had it not been for the couple of bumps we experienced. Initially, the new Miele dryer (which had just been installed months before) was not working, but was repaired within the week. As well, a huge block of ice formed on the back wall of the Miele fridge, making the already undersized appliance that much smaller. The under-cabinet kitchen lights weren’t working, nor was the bathroom fan. And, if shower water pressure is big on your list, it’s pretty much nonexistent here. BUT, despite the cons, Sarah and Sabrina were very professional and quick to respond to our needs, and the view really did make up for it all. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

Gillade: Renlighet, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Excellent location with a fabulous view

We loved staying here. We were able to walk to most things which was a bonus, even groceries as well as restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The are is so vibrant. There was always something in the harbour to see from ferry boats to water taxis to Harbour Air float planes and amazing sunsets. If we were to improve on our experience we would like to have been provided with printed instructions for our entry. This would have been beneficial as it was a lot to absorb when not being used to accessing a property with fobs and numbered parking stalls. Having it written would have reduced the initial anxiety after having a long day of driving. We do wish that there was more than one garbage can as we ended up using paper bags in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Not a big issue but important for us. We also purchased our own box of tissues as there weren't any provided. Again not big but for the price of the rental I would have liked to see that these amenities were provided. When it was time to leave I had to contact the facilitator of the unit to find out what to do upon exit. I feel like they should have contacted me. This was within 24 hours of departure. We would definitely stay here again as the building is well built, soundproof and the elevator was fast and reliable. The heating and air exchange was superior too.The set up and decor as well as the duvet and sheets all made it feel like home. Sarah did respond to my texts quickly and it was nice having a person to connect with.
