Great stay

The cabin was very cute and clean, only complaints is that the couch in the living room could have been better wasn’t that comfortable and the bed upstairs is like the memory foam was worn out I almost gave it 4 stars but with the free tickets each day made up for it as it helped save us quite a bit of money for the things we wanted to go do! I definitely would stay in there cabins again!

Peace on the hill!

Property as advertised. Bed was comfortable. Cabin was clean. Community was quiet. TV and Wi-Fi worked great. Outside hot tub was clean and worked well. Inside hot tubs were also in great condition. Very easy to get too. Only complaint is we did not stay long enough.

Southern Comfort-Inside Only

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was well stocked, very clean and comfortable as long as you were inside. You couldn't stand to be outside to sit in the rockers in the early morning or enjoy the hot tub. The smell of garbage or compost was awful. There is a sewage processing plant on Ridge Road-not far from cabin...WE couldn't enjoy the hot tub or the outside. I will definitely rent from Bear Tracts, as they were great to work with..just not this cabin or this area

Great 5 day stay!

Great place for a 5 day getaway with the family. East access to the parkway and then on to the Great Smokey's. Cabin was clean and offered the best of being close to attractions, while still having a back deck that was quiet and tranquil. Would recommend to anyone.

Souther Comfort Cabin Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was Satisfactory. Location was great. Close to Outlet Mall and main strip. Very comfortable. There were a few things that need attention. Refrigerator door not working properly. Sign said not to put to many things in it because it would not keep cool. Ice maker was not working. Not even ice trays to make ice. Also lights in kitchen and dining area needed bulb replacement. They would constantly flash and some bulbs would not even come on. To annoying to leave on. But overall, comfortable stay.

May/June 2024 Stay

This was our first family vacation with our baby. The cabin was perfect. Great location close enough to town while feeling far enough away from the city. It was clean and tidy. The amenities worked great. We did get a little whiff of the smell from a previous review, but I just think it was just due to other cabins trash post-rain and it is nothing that stopped us from enjoying outside and from making this our preferred choice when we come back!

Really Nice Place to Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this cabin for my parents, my husband and I, and our little boy, and it was perfect for us. It’s in a great location that is within a reasonable driving distance to all the activities Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. While this was not a major issue for us, do be aware you need to take extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. as only a starter kit of those items is provided. Plan to wash your towels as well. We also brought towels from home, which was helpful! The only thing I would do differently next time is take my own set of sheets simply because the ones on the beds don’t stay on the mattress very well. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would be willing to stay again!

We’re Southern Comfort fans!

My husband and I come to Tennessee twice a year, and we almost always stay at Southern Comfort. The cabin is beautiful, stocked with everything we need. The location is easy to get to and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental!

November 2023 Stay

This cabin was a great and convenient location for a recent stay in Pigeon Forge. However, we did experience a couple of issues. While the essential areas of the bathroom and kitchen were clean and tidy, this cabin has not been adequately cleaned. Cobwebs hanging from the walls and ceiling, dust on the furnishings and baseboards indicate a lack of thorough cleaning for an extended period of time. If I were the owner, I would want to know this. Second, while the location is extremely convenient to Pigeon Forge, it is also near enough to the local land fill that a pungent odor emanating from it kept us from enjoying the outdoors near the cabin including the outdoor hot tub. There is probably nothing that can be done for this, but I will certainly think twice about returning that particular area.

Wonderful cabin

We have stayed in the same cabin for our yearly trip for the past 5 years and we LOVE it. It's close to town and attractions but far enough away that it's quiet and restful. We love the hot tub is on the deck off of the main bedroom. Jacuzzi tub is awesome to relax in during cold weather. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Wish they had a Keurig type coffee maker instead of the standard type but we made due. The cleanliness was good. There were several cobb webs we found especially around the front door which i'm not sure how you could miss that but other than that very clean. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Very Nice

2nd year staying at this cabin It is so convenient to shops, restaurants, and attractions. First year we had no issues , this year it was nothing major. But we noticed when we brushed up against a wall bottom baseboards were dusty And fixtures in bathroom had dust on them. Rest of house was not dusty at all One closet in bottom bedroom was used for extra bedding but blankets were not folded neatly the blankets looked like they had just been thrown in there We would still stay here again over visit was Nice

Great Stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by the very cute cabin. The location of this cabin was amazing, very close to everything. We had one little issue with the hot tub and it was fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend this cabin to others!
