Beach House w/ Heated Pool | Steps from the beach without the noise

Are you ready for a vacation in paradise with some of the most beautiful sunrises? You will have it all with our 2-story Daytona Beach house across the street from the World's Most Famous Beach and our heated in ground pool. Working from home or home schooling? We have you covered with two designated work spaces and a large kitchen table.

This house is non-smoking and animals are not allowed. With its beach décor and 2,400 square feet of living space, you will feel at home.

Fully stocked kitchen essentials including plates, cups, silverware, pots & pans.

Beach umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, and beach chairs will be provided to ensure you have a great beach day. Cross the street and your feet will be in the sand.

Pool accessories include pool noodles and other floating devices. Please be advised that there is not a working hot tub on the property.

Gas grill will be perfect for afternoon or evening BBQs by the pool. Enjoy the gas fire pit on a chilly night.

We have provided the basic supplies on what we believe you will need for your stay: trash bags, soap, laundry/dishwasher pods, propane, etc. We've based that on our 12 person occupancy and minimum night stay. If you bring more people or on longer stays, you may need to acquire more of these items from the store. Should you run in to any issues with these items, we do encourage you to reach out to us. It is possible that we won't be able to do anything about it, but we would like the opportunity to be notified to see if there is a remedy that we can make work.
