Welcome to our new home in the most up and coming neighborhood in West Palm Beach (The Industrial District).

This home is perfect for big groups and corporate getaways given it's proximity to Downtown, The Convention Center, and the Airport.

The property consists of 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. The home has a washer / dryer, full kitchens, and sits on a spacious corner lot.

When you arrive at the chain-link fenced property, you may park your car in the parking spot near the garage. Walk around to the front of the home to find the front door for the lower level. The property is protected by RING camera and security.

You use a keyless keypad to enter the home. Type in the code and you are welcome to the living room and two of the bedrooms (one to the left and one to the right). Walk in and there is another bedroom attached to the living room. If you walk further, the kitchen is to the left and the Master bedroom is to the right. There is a full bathroom with makeup set connected to the Master. Past the kitchen is another bedroom and then a bathroom. Also connected is the garage, which is where the first washer/dryer is.

Great value and amazing hosts

We had a work function that kept getting extended. The host was very flexible and made it very easy to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend.

Gillade: Incheckning, kommunikation och plats

Not worth the price!!

After being a VRBO renter for years, this house is the first one I write to say it was NOT WORTH ITS PRICE. I usually guide myself for the renters reviews so I feel the need to be honest on this one… ALL BEDS RAILS ARE BROKEN from the center! (all of us sleep in a V shape, very very uncomfortable) ALMOST DISPOSABLE FURNITURE Nice decor, ok location, the owner was nice enough to send 4 plates and cups after we told her the kitchen had not enough and only TWO DRINKING CUPS (kitchen should have been set up for 10 as stated), but we spend some days without. The house was WAY overpriced for the cheap remodeling process they did to it. Sink on bathroom is FALLING, literally comes forward, tub faucet is falling. One bedroom has an AC in the middle of the bedroom with the exhaust tubes passing through the middle of the bedroom. A mix of different ACs, 2 bedrooms had no AC. House SMELLS very humid. Wallpaper in some rooms falling apart. Lacking garbage disposal in the kitchen sink (a must specially for the price charged), not even dish drying rack (we had to request one) nor drying kitchen towels. Kitchen supplies where where in terrible shape. Refrigerator leaks lots of water. They did have dishsoap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap, toilet paper… but the laundry room/garage was not clean, and was very disorganized . Overall NOT RECOMMENDED.
