Four big bedrooms, fenced backyard. EV charging port in garage with advance arrangement and is $20 per reservation night. Coveted patio for outside relax. Outside biking path, fishing at Blue Lake. Easy access to major freeways for visiting downtown and other suburbs. Shops, restaurants and parks nearby. It is the best combination of quite but convenient..

Perfect stay for our water polo team

The location was great for our 18u girls team during Junior Olympic qualifiers. Close enough to the pool that it was easy to bring the girls back to rest and eat between games. Beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer let us refresh after a day of games in the rain. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The driveway was a little difficult to find the first night in the dark, but once we knew where it was we were golden. Was close to Costco and grocery stores which made things easier on us team moms.

Met our need to be close to other family gathered for a reunion

Spacious, well laid out, easy access. I hope a helpful comment is that none of the beds were comfortable or what we expected for a property that cost that much. Our activities while in Portland were during the daytime; we basically needed a place to sleep.

Easy location but not clean

The location was good, but the house was not clean. The sheets and beds were fine, but the kitchen was a mess. I had to clean the counters as they were very sticky, as was the floor. I had to clean the coffee maker both the carafe and the water reservoir. The refrigerator was full of condiments and a half drunken bottle of water. Cobwebs and built up dirt in the corners. Yard needed some clean up also. Finally the listing needs to be cleaned up to indicate how many people the house holds before getting an "additional person" charge AND that the EV charger is not available unless you pay extra. Overall it was not worth what we ended up paying for it.

VRBO Nightmare in Troutdale Oregon

We arrived at this rental and left shortly thereafter. Upon entering, a bad odor hit us immediately; it smelled like a strong denture/ nursing home/ sewer problem.. Odor so severe, that we could not stay. House was dark, yard was overgrown (front & back). The furniture & appliances were outdated. The window AC unit in DR had a sign on it that said "OUT of Order." In a text message from host, on morning of arrival, she wrote the following:" each bedroom has a keypad lock, no shoes in house, no smoking, no vaping, no weed, no drugs, no pets, and to bag garbage accordingly to her request or we would be fined.. She wrote "the overhead AC units have been turned OFF for the season??" Host texted us, do not turn off switch labeled "Do Not Touch" near French doors (switch for the outside security camera) describing it as a RULE VIOLATION? I wouldn't have rented a vacation home without air conditioning and possibility of host watching us inside and/or outside the house? None of this was mentioned on host VRBO website. I was unaware how to handle this situation.. I texted host (as we left) to tell her we left house-- hoping for a response, but got none . I should have contacted VRBO but didn't have their number.. We would not walk away from a very expensive vacation rental unless we Had to. Host was willing to credit 1 night only, We did appreciate it, but felt under the circumstances, either host or VRBO should have refunded more monies. Travelers beware.

Very clean place and cozy we had six men staying there and nice comfortable beds for everyone. Plenty of space as well. Thank you again for the amazing stay
