This modern farmhouse home is centrally located near all Pittsburgh essentials- one mile to downtown and PNC Park, one and a half miles to Heinz Field. The Strip District, Three Rivers Heritage Trail, National Aviary, Allegheny Commons Park and local restaurants are all accessible by a scenic walk. Completely renovated in 2021, the home is decorated with tall ceilings, stainless steel appliances and an eye for design throughout. Guests will enjoy self check-in and free on street parking.

The space:
This home has two bedrooms, one and a half baths and plenty of additional spaces for lounging and relaxing. The backyard is fully enclosed and perfect for pets. It also is equipped with an outdoor sofa, bistro set, workout equipment and a fire pit.

Guest access:
Guests may use the entire home during their stay. Parking on our street and the surrounding area is free.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The property was very nice. Very homey. We enjoyed the time we had. I do wish we had more time to enjoy the rental. We went for a concert and only stayed the night. We did take an Uber to town but walked back. Although it was 1 1/2 miles, it was an easy walk back.

Cute Place, Disappointing Service...

I rented out this Vrbo for a group of girlfriend’s to get together. The home was super cute and very inviting and we were very happy with the location and parking situation. Since there were people coming from over an hour away and our check in time was after 3 pm, we wanted to get there as soon as possible so everyone could settle in and get ready for our dinner reservations. I did not receive contact from the host until the day of our stay after i messaged them first to get information on the house. One of the hosts responded and also texted me which was fine, i was at work and got back to her asap when i could. She responded quickly back and said texting would be fine to communicate if easier, and i agreed! I told the host we will be arriving for 3pm, which seemed to not be a problem as the host responded and asked for ID’s from each guest staying and she can get me the access code. I sent photos through text around 2 pm. My texts never went through and i texted the host multiple times and still nothing. I tried calling, messaging through the Vrbo app, ringing the Ring doorbell 4 times, and also used 2 other friend’s phones to contact as well and no answer. As we all arrived to the house for a little after 3 pm we noticed that none of our messages went through at all to the hosts. We contacted customer service through Vrbo and they also could not get ahold of the hosts. Finally, after over 2 hours (4pm) of zero communication i received a text from both hosts saying they never received any messages. I found this quite odd considering not only myself was trying to contact them, but 2 others plus Vrbo themselves. The host accommodated us with a later check out, which we appreciated, but still extremely unhappy for the inconvenience. Other than the communication from host, we brought frozen pizzas with us to make. we preheated the oven and it started to stink up the entire house of a burning smell. next thing we know the fire alarms start going off. this was scary for us since we were so confused as to why this was happening. we opened the oven and found a huge spot of something burnt on the bottom. the side walk in the back of the house to take the garbage out with super slippery with all the moss grown over the brick. these are just safety issues i think the host should consider taking care of incase of a fall or fire hazard situation. just extremely disappointed that we had this planned so far in advanced to had such a difficult time.

Almost perfect......

With a few improvements - this will be a PERFECT place. STREET PARKING - no problem - no matter what time! KITCHEN coffee - but no cream/sugar/sweetener muffin pan - but no measuring spoons no kitchen towels/dish rags/dish brush great dishes & glasses - but no napkins or placemats BEDROOM clock - but no batteries BATHROOM staying 3 days - but only 2 sets of towels WASHER & DRYER would have washed towels - but no laundry soap

Loved this place!!!

The house was super clean and beautiful! Kelsey was a great host and responded very quickly to anything I had questions about! The check-in/out process was super simple. I would definitely stay here again!!
