When you think of Maui, what comes to mind? Is it the sandy beaches? Or maybe the perfect climate? What about that amazing blue ocean? At Kihei Kai Nani 12-235 you'll experience it all!

This complex is perfectly located in sunny South Kihei, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui's beauty. You will find yourself just steps away from the beautiful Kamaole Beaches I, II and III, famous for their white sand & crystal clear water, making it easy to take an early morning swim in the ocean, beach combing, sunbathing, snorkeling, boogie boarding or other beach activities. It's also a short drive to numerous golf courses including Wailea and Makena.

Kihei Kai Nani 12-235 is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the second floor with garden views. In the spacious living room, you will find indoor dining for four and a Queen sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy dining on your private lanai that seats 4 and boasts tropical views. Amenities in the condo include a flat screen TV equipped with cable and complimentary WiFi throughout, A/C in the living room, ceiling fans and a convenient washer and dryer in the unit.

In the serene and tranquil master bedroom you will find a comfortable Queen size bed and plenty of storage space and natural light. The bathroom is located right off the bedroom and features a large walk in shower.

Kihei Kai Nani features a large sparkling swimming pool with gazebos and lounge chairs for your enjoyment. It also provides an on-site laundry facility, if needed. There are several BBQ grills and picnic tables available for guests to enjoy.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

My Perfect Stays provides a starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Great accommodations

Great location right across from Kamaole 2 beach and walking distance to many cute shops, restaurants and grocery. Great unit. Well stocked with towels, dishes, cooking pans, tupperware etc. Unit has beach chairs, snorkel gear, life jackets and pool noodles. Pool is clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Entering the impeccably clean and well laid out condo, was a great way to start our time in Kihei. It was so well stocked and loved having the patio table and also smaller table inside. The 2 min walk to beach and easy access , walking to many restaurants and stores was wonderful!!!

Super cute condo! Everything was nice & tidy upon arrival. Did not mind the roosters crowing every morning at all. The pull out sofa bed was very comfortable to my surprise! The staff were always available to assist when questions aroused even after office hours and definitely ensured the best customer service. Would totally return!

Great but for the Roosters!

We loved the property and location but feel we should have been advised (warned) about the roosters. The suite is not sound proof and roosters crow all night!!! Often they are just outside the suite and will ruin even tbe heaviest sleepers night. We should have been advised and either told to bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones, or at least given the option of a suite without slat-glass windows, if avaialble. We were happy that Google Chrome was avaialble, but it was not connected and many people may not have been able to figure it out. In this day and age Casting is the new norm. Thanks.

We had a great time at this condo! Very well appointed kitchen, every thing one could need. We ate in most of our meals in. Ceiling fans were great, we never used the air conditioning. Loved the lanai. Walking distance to beaches, stores and restaurants, hardly used the rental car. Only wish there were more shady areas at the pool! Hope to be back.
