Neuilly-Plaisance is a charming commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris, ideal for travellers seeking peace and quiet while remaining close to the capital. Located around 30 minutes from the centre of Paris by public transport, this peaceful town offers a verdant setting with parks and the banks of the Marne, perfect for relaxing strolls. Its authentic, residential atmosphere allows visitors to discover a quieter side of the Paris region, far from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Visitors will also appreciate the small local shops and markets and easy access to the major tourist attractions of Paris and Disneyland Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport:

The Neuilly Plaisance RER station (line A) is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

The CDG and Orly airports are around 50 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
