As you step through the door of this 40 m² apartment, you’re greeted by a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The cozy living area features a very comfortable sofa, along with a dining table that seats two guests.

The apartments on the -1 and 1st floor share a common terrace outside.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

The bedroom features a double bed (140x200) thoughtfully made up with high-quality hotel linens. An armoire is provided for you to store your belongings, making it feel like home.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

All you need to do is relax and enjoy!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

Neuilly-Plaisance is a charming commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris, ideal for travellers seeking peace and quiet while remaining close to the capital. Located around 30 minutes from the centre of Paris by public transport, this peaceful town offers a verdant setting with parks and the banks of the Marne, perfect for relaxing strolls. Its authentic, residential atmosphere allows visitors to discover a quieter side of the Paris region, far from the hustle and bustle of tourism. Visitors will also appreciate the small local shops and markets and easy access to the major tourist attractions of Paris and Disneyland Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport:

The Neuilly Plaisance RER station (line A) is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

The CDG and Orly airports are around 50 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
