Your whole group will enjoy easy access to Downtown Indianapolis as well as Fountain Square from our spacious Villa. Boasting 3500 sqft of living space, two living room areas, two oversized spa inspired bathrooms, four large bedrooms, a full kitchen and laundry area as well as a back yard built for BBQs or relaxing in front of the firepit (weather dependent). This home is just minutes from downtown and is within walking distance to all of Fountain Squares attractions!!
Be a good neighbor: Please be respectful of our neighbors and community and keep noise to a minimum.

No Open Flames or Candles Indoors: Safety is always top priority. Please do not burn candles or have any open
flames inside the home.

No shoes on the second floor: Please take your shoes off in the mudroom as you enter the home.
No Parties allowed: There are to be no large gatherings, events or parties without prior approval and event fee payment. We have zero tolerance party policy. We ask that you respect and follow this house rule. We reserve the right to terminate the booking early and/or retain the security deposit if this rule is broken.
No smoking allowed: For the health and safety of our guests and our home, we have a strict no smoking policy.

Basement: The basement is not intended for guest use.

Trash night Mondays: Trash pickup is on Tuesday mornings. Please be sure to place the trash bin located near the back gate against the fence in the alley on Monday evenings.

Decent place in rough area NOT LUXURY

This property which is NOT LUXURY is in a very questionable group of neighborhoods including but not limited to burned down, abandoned, boarded up, and overall run down properties. This property was decent but nearly every aspect of it is unfinished. It seems as though someone bought property and RUSHED all of it to get to rent out ASAP.

Did the job, but not safe

Checkin was a breeze and the property was perfect for my family in town for a wedding. The house itself has some safety issues that need to be addressed. It seems that it was a really sloppy “flip” and was lacking. First, the railing to go up to the attic area with the loft and bedroom was coming off the wall. The railing on the other side was wobbly. If someone were to fall down it would have not stabilized them and ripped the railing off the wall. There were parts of the railing that weren’t even attached. Huge safety issue considering the stairs are incredibly steep and the carpet is slippery. The shower downstairs leaks so badly and doesn’t drain. My aunt said it was like a “tsunami” when she got in the shower. If you look at the shower it’s because of poor engineering and installation. The furniture wasn’t even all the way put to together. One of the chairs in another room didn’t have a leg all the way attached to a seat. I’m glad no one sat on it before we noticed. The vent above the stove literally goes to nothing. Just throws the air back into the same room without even filtering it. The property did what we needed it to- got the family together for a wedding, but I was anxious the whole time hoping nobody got hurt. When you pay this much for a property you expect it to at least be safe.

Jewel of Fountain Square

My Sisterfriends (there were 7 of us) and I had a lovely weekend here. The space truly met and exceeded all our expectations and the amenities were a PLUS! The Dreamscapes team was super responsive and helpful during our stay. People literally gasped each time they entered the home because it is a hidden gem in Fountain Square. I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!

Some friends and I booked this property and couldn’t have been happy we did. Place was very clean and very comfortable. Location is great for getting downtown and to good restaurants.

Amazing Experience

I rented the house to host an all day work meeting. The house was perfect for our meeting. The owner was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience. I will definitely look to rent this house again. The house was well maintained and very spacious. Could not have been a better experience all the way around. Thank You!

Great option for Fountain Square area

We chose this home based on size and location for our family to stay at while in the area for our sons wedding. The home is older but nicely remodeled and very clean, and can accommodate large groups nicely. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again!!

Decent

The home from pictures looks good however there are many things that were not shown. Many areas in the rental need maintenance as there are parts of the house that lack quality in craftsmanship or even are incomplete or left looking bad specifically the upstairs bathroom and closet. Luxury wouldn't be my first choice of adjective for the price we paid. The downstairs is decent and allowed plenty of room. The foyer smells strongly of cat urine as you come in. Overall the rental met our need to accommodate the family size for Thanksgiving but we assumed the lawn furniture would be available for use but it wasn't so we didn't get use of the firepit. There didn't seem to be any hot water hooked up for the bathtubs or it didn't warm up after a long period of waiting. Again the rental is a great size but lacks refinement to be called luxury and needs fit and finish improvements.
