The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 35 m² apartment with mountain views, within walking distance of the ski resort of Flumet, with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the -2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Sheets included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises

Shared indoor spaces :
- Covered, shared 4 x 10 heated swimming pool and sauna, located in a separate building just a few steps from the apartment, are open during the summer (June to early September) and winter (mid-December to first week of April) seasons (opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence).


Outside :
- A 15 m² terrace (east-facing) with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Hiking trails: Several trails start close to the accommodation and allow you to explore the surrounding mountains, with exceptional panoramas of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountains.
Lac de Flumet: An 11-minute drive away, ideal for relaxing and swimming in summer.
Lac de Praz-sur-Arly: 13 minutes away by car, also ideal for family bathing.
Activities in Megève (20 minutes away by car):
Swimming pool and ice rink: For fun and refreshment in summer, or to keep warm in winter.
Summer sledging: A family activity in the mountains.
Ball-trap, sports palace, climbing wall: Ideal for fans of varied sports and indoor activities.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the residence.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Albertville train station, about 45 minutes away by car
- Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport, about 2h05 by car

- Pets accepted for a supplement of €15/stay. Only one pet per stay.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
