Imagine yourself living in a small beach neighborhood, a block away from the beach in the middle of San Juan. Walking distance from the popular Loiza Street. Can accommodate up to 8 people. The main house has 3 bedrooms; the master with a king size bed and a sofa bed, bathroom; two bedrooms with queen beds each and a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms have a twin bed (under). A duplex that accommodates 2, private bathroom. Two outdoor terraces with a BBQ, bedroom terrace and a rooftop terrace with a magnificent view of the ocean.

Annual family vacation

We do one annual trip with our grown kids each year and we like everyone to have their own space. This place had three rooms in the main house for the 3 kids and a separate room for us. We gathered in the kitchen and living area and on the rooftop lounge for games and fun. Loved all the patios, the quick walk to the beach, the tropical feel throughout, and the hosts were great!

We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and the hosts truly are the best and kindest hosts we've ever dealt with. One minor glitch and it was taken care of right away. They went far beyond any normal VRBO would do to make sure our stay was pleasant. They made us feel like we were family staying in their home. The house was beautiful and very secure. All the little extras from fresh flowers to fresh local fruit they had for us was very impressive. You can’t go wrong staying in their amazing home!!

Great upscale house and property in a gated community

This is a wonderful home and a wonderful property. The neighborhood beach is 1 block away and it is a very nice (and quiet) local residential neighborhood; we had a car so getting into Old San Juan and doing touristy things was easy. The home has everything you might need, and plenty of beds for everyone. You could just stay on the property for the entire time - there is the yard and the rooftop to relax in. Clarissa and Luis the hosts were friendly and easy to reach; they were extremely responsive and helpful. We had a small issue come up during the stay and they immediately addressed the situation to our satisfaction. Thank you!

Highly recommend!

This property is very well located to explore San Juan and its surrounds. It has four well sized bathrooms which can very comfortably fit 8 adults. Moreover, there are several large common spaces - both indoor and outdoor- which makes the space very livable/enjoyable for larger groups and families.

Calm, Wonderful decompress!

Felt like a home away from home. Beautifully appointed with exceptional furnishings that are comfortable. My family was able to spread out to decompress and come back together for fun. The roof top living space is just fabulous... evenings over looking the ocean in pure comfort.

Great Stay Great Vibes

This house was everything the welcoming and home like vibe was nothing short of amazing. Being just a block from the beach and the view from the top of the house is gorgeous. Privacy in the house is 10/10 with those big solid wood doors you can’t really hear nun on the other side if you know what I mean ;) . All in all great experience no complaints other than mosquitoes but even the house is equipped with the zap rackets to kill them just 10/10 the host was very nice and responsive I will be back and visit her property or any property she has . Thanks.

Happiest Place in Puerto Rico

Clarissa, the property owner was fantastic. She was very helpful and welcoming. The house was better than expected. The pictures do no Justice. It’s very Bohemian, spacious, clean, and the outdoor space was to die for. My family and I will be staying here again. Mil gracias Clarissa!

Best Holiday and House!!

Clarissa and her husband are amazing hosts! The house cannot be described as I don’t have all of the words to accurately state how beautiful, warm, impeccably decorated, unique and comfortable this place is to stay!! We loved everything! Our family is 7 and we all felt at home here. The kitchen has everything! Even serving bowls. This house has such a lovely quiet elegance to it. I’m still thinking about it. It’s convenient to grocery stores, we also parked scooters out front for quick rides to the beach. Old San Juan is 15 min away and we took scooters to a fun little strip close by and ate there. Lots to choose from! I highly recommend this house. Our hosts were people you would want as friends. We will definitely be back!!
