Located on the 5th floor out of 6 of a secure residence with elevator, this T3 apartment of approximately 52 m² - sleeps 4 - benefits from an ideal location facing the Marins jetty and the beach.
An entrance hallway equipped with a cupboard with washing machine leads to a separate toilet with washbasin and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 1st bedroom, facing North-West, offers a superb view of the basin, has a 140 cm bed, built-in storage and gives direct access to the terrace. The living space is composed of a perfectly equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, traditional and microwave ovens, induction hob, hood and Nespresso machine) opening onto a comfortable living room with sofa and television. The dining room, separated by a bar, opens onto a balcony. The old loggia, transformed into a 2nd bedroom with a 160 cm sofa bed, is bathed in light thanks to a large bay window facing west offering a lovely view of the city and the basin. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the Arcachon basin and the magnificent villas on the seafront, ideal for enjoying the beautiful days and having meals. The apartment, carefully decorated, is both functional and warm. It has an underground parking box and an Internet / WIFI connection. The beach is at the foot of the residence, a supermarket (Carrefour Market) is 30 meters away and the city center of Arcachon is only a 10-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed.
