The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Blaison-Gohier offers you this charming 100 m² air-conditioned house with Nordic bath and sauna, which can accommodate up to 9 travelers. It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 400 m² garden.

Accessed via the outside staircase, the dwelling is composed as follows:

- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200), with bath and water point
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: bunk bed with double bed (160×200) below and single bed above
- Two shower rooms, one with WC
- Separate WC

Outside :
- Sauna available all year round (from May 2025)
- Nordic bath available all year round (capacity 5 people)
- A beautiful 400 m² garden and a 6 x 5 m wooden terrace with a gas plancha and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Blaison-Gohier, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nantes Atlantique airport is 1 hour 35 minutes away by car.

- Sauna: available from May 2025.
- Nordic bath: opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- The stove is functional, first flambé free of charge.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
