Great Place to Stay

We had a lovely weekend stay, the house and location are great. The hosts are very helpful and have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making the house very welcoming. Would highly recommend, Five Stars!

Big family holiday

This is a really lovely, very well-equipped house and was absolutely perfect for our large family group. It is really close to the beach and the town which is very handy when you have small children with you! Communication with Mark and Helen was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this property 😊

Superb Holiday Home

Best property we have ever stayed in. Good sized rooms and enough of them so could find a quiet spot if wanting to read etc. Clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and very well equipped. Plenty of folding chairs, rugs and childrens toys to take to the beach. Hosts were friendly and available at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Running ladies weekend away

This house was probably the best one we have ever stayed in The attention to detail The lovely art The beautiful plants The lovely garden The comfortable sofas and beds and hugely brilliant table Kitchen so well Equipped And all a stones throw from the beach and SWCP. Loved it !!

Great family break

We were a family group of mixed ages ranging from 4 months to 92 yo and the accommodation suited us perfectly. The standard of fitting and fixtures and kitchen equipment was excellent, nothing was missing. We loved the unique decorative touches in each of the rooms. There were games, toys, garden and beach equipment for all ages. The bedrooms were spacious and soundproofing was excellent considering that we had 2 very young children. The lovely sandy beach was close by as well as the train station and supermarket. There was a special train event on when we were there which added to the whole experience. The 2 parking spaces were very helpful and we easily managed to park our 3rd car in a space nearby. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent all round.

50th birthday 11 friends and family

Arrival was easy. Plenty of parking to the rear. And huge car park opposite including charge points for EV. The house was spotless and amazing (the photos don’t do it justice)kitchen has everything you need. We had an amazing trip and the owners were relaxed and extremely helpful. And replied immediately to am questioning we messaged them about. Highly recommended!!

The property is conveniently located just a short level walk from Swanage town centre, bringing with it all of its local amenities, as well as the well renowned Swanage Bay.
Once at the property there is no need to use the car to go to the town or beach as these are just a few minutes walk away, but if guests wish to see more of the local area they could catch the steam train from Swanage Railway station to Corfe Castle or visit many of the other local attractions easily by road.
