A bathroom with a sink, toilet and hip bath.

SEASONAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Water: Package at 50€/month and Electricity on meter reading billed in addition at the end of the season - Tenant charges
Deposit of 950 € (cashed before arrival) and insurance certificate requested on arrival.
Household and bed linen are not included as well as end-of-season cleaning and laundry.
