This home is completely renovated inside and out with new floors, new bathroom features, fresh paint and much more…

We poured a lot of thoughts and love into designing and renovating the place, paying attention to every little detail so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We have three bedrooms in total -
Master bedroom : king bed
Guest bedroom : queen bed
Kids bedroom : two twin beds

Two bathrooms -
Master bathroom : Shower and tub
Guest bathroom : shower and tub
Both shower heads are updated to Waterpik handheld massage shower heads with adjustable water pressure.

New toilet seats and 100% cotton hand/wash/shower towels. We provide TRESemme 4+4 Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Puracy Natural Body wash, which is a local brand made in Austin, TX.

58" Smart TV in the living room -
Netflix and Hulu account provided, conveniently ready at any time you want to relax and wind down.

Board games -
We've added all of the board games we enjoy playing. The list is still growing and we will keep adding more!

Kitchen -
Has a full set of cookwares, knives, dishes, mugs and condiments. Starbucks Coffee beans with coffee grinder.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay for one or two nights due to closeness to Grandscape. However the neighborhood is less than desirable.

Nice location and property

Quiet, clean, well organized and stocked with everything you need. Host did a great job communicating. Location is convenient to most of north Dallas area and close to entertainment and restaurants.

Great and Simple House

This house was perfect! We did not do much more there than sleep, but it was everything we needed! The house has all the necessities (except conditioner) so do not worry about over packing. Simple decor and furniture, good backyard, comfortable beds, and safe and nice location.

Cheer Competition Frisco

Property is very clean and in a good area. Close to things we needed like the Ford Center and still in a quiet neighborhood. Liked having the garage to use and the privacy fence in the back yard. Host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Nice, charming home

The house was comfortable and worked well for our family. The deck in the back was our favorite spot. We really only slept there but found our needs were met. We can tell the owners are want to make guests feel welcomed. We appreciate that. The cleaning could have been better. The living room does not have very much furniture so we didnt spend any time in that space even though its very pretty. We felt safe. Bedding was comfortable. Plenty of towels on hand. It was super nice to have laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc all available. Overall, the home is welcoming. :) We would recommend it for sure.

Girls night in

A couple of friends and I stayed here for a relaxing night away from home. We all live in DFW but it definitely felt like a vacation. The house is so cute! It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again!
