Start your day with coffee and mountain views on the balcony. You'll have direct access to Blue River, one of the most scenic spots for fly fishing as well as the Blue River trail that leads to local restaurants. After your adventures, return home and relax by the fire as the sun sets over the Gore Range.

LIVING AREA

Kick back in the sunlit living area. Read a book by the fireplace, or watch a movie on the 55' 4K OLED TV.

Work comfortably from the home office. The workspace features a 48” standing desk with a 32” 4K monitor, HDMI cable, USB keyboard and mouse, and leather chair.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and brand-new stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser.

Bring the coffee of your choice. The coffee station offers a Cuisinart coffee maker, coffee grinder, Nespresso Vertuo, and Keurig.

The table seats six to meals.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area. All sleeping spaces come with a ceiling fan, and both bedrooms boast mountain views, solar shades, black-out blinds, and modern mountain furnishings.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a Nectar king bed and a 55” 4K TV. The en-suite bath has double sinks, a walk-in shower with a bench, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom is furnished with a Nectar queen bed and a closet. An adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Make use of the gas grill on the mountain-view balcony with seating.

Assigned parking for one car in the parking area.

This condo is on the second floor; elevators are not available. The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.

LOCATION

Featuring a prime locale along the Blue River, this condo allows seamless walkability to nearby attractions and dining establishments.

You're minutes to downtown Silverthorne, Bluebird Market, the Outlets, shopping, and restaurants.

Hit the slopes at one of the ski resorts within easy driving distance -- a list that includes Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin (20 minutes), as well as Breckenridge (30 minutes).

Venture to Dillon to find the Ice Castles frozen attraction. In warmer months, enjoy sailing or paddle boarding on Dillon Reservoir. The Dillon Marina offers lessons and rentals.

Frisco Adventure Park has downhill tubing. The Frisco Nordic Center provides miles of scenic cross-country ski trails.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
