Historic but fully updated, renovated, decorated farmhouse is comfortable for a family or a small group. Situated at the top of a meadow on a working farm with a comfortable porch just 1/2 mile to a state trail system offers opportunity for endless exploration.

Idyllic sunset spot in Catskills

Couldn't think of a better place to spend Thanksgiving - the sunset views are amazing, the farmhouse is so cozy and has super kitchen to cook with family. And the beds are so comfortable. Easy check in and Jon is so helpful!

Fabulous farmhouse with sunset views

This farmhouse is the ideal location for a fall getaway, a summer escape from the city or a winter snowy ski and sledding weekend. Beautifully furnished, professionally managed and nestled in the heart of the Catskills. Such a special spot to spend time with family and friends!

Beautiful Catskills Farmhouse

We had a perfect family vacation at this wonderful home. The house is recently renovated and stylishly furnished. It is well stocked and very comfortable and has amazing views. We enjoyed the sounds of birds in the yard and frogs in the nearby pond. The owners and caretaker were extremely helpful. We spent time in Livingston Manor and hiking on nearby trails and fly fishing in the Beaverkill and Willowemoc Rivers. Definitely recommend!

Restful remote farmhouse getaway

What a great house! Old farmhouse feel, but tastefully modernized with new everything. Clean, beautifully furnished, and well equipped. Lots of room for everyone, including an attic with 4 beds and hangout space for the kids. Easy touch free check in, and nobody bothered us. Cool to have a working farm next door. Beaverkill is quiet and beautiful, you see just a few other houses in the entire valley. Restful wrap around porch for lazy summer days.

Lovely stay in the Beaverkill

Chic restored farmhouse in superb location - views from every room. The kitchen is ideal for cooking / socializing, the bedrooms are perfectly appointed and the layout made for easy family living. The upstairs was a good hang-out spot for the teenagers and we all slept soundly on the top-notch mattresses and with nothing but the sound of rain around us. Access and communication were easy. We would have loved to have stayed for longer!
