We welcome you to our hidden oasis near Atlanta's airport! Made with love, our beautiful fully equipped 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home features tasteful decor, new super comfy beds with pampering duck down duvets and pillows, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an artsy vibe, and huge backyard with a vegetable garden and chickens! Just a couple of miles from Hartsfield airport, 15 min drive to Downtown Atlanta, 5 min from Tyler Perry Movie studios. Only age 21+ can book.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
Main House : Features three bedrooms with four beds, two bathrooms, 2 desks, living room, dining space, fully equipped kitchen. (Bedroom 1: king bed and private bathroom, Bedroom 2: Queen and twin bed, Bedroom 3: Queen bed) - SLEEPS 7

Suite 1: Located downstairs from main house, can be accessed from the main house but also has private entrance via the garden. Features master suite with queen bed, piano, desk, lounge room, kitchenette, dining area and bathroom. - SLEEPS 3 with one guest on the couch

Suite 2: Hotel style studio with queen bed, small living space, work space, bathroom. Accessed via garden. - SLEEPS 2

GUESTS WILL RECEIVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE (MAIN HOUSE AND BOTH SUITES) WHEN BOOKING!

High speed internet throughout the house, central HVAC system (Suite 2 has it's own mini split), Ethernet cables available at the work desks in main house, huge back yard with play house, swing & slide set, Chickens, Organic vegetable garden, picnic table, fire pit.

The design of the house was absolutely so cute we loved being at home. It was complete with kitchen utensils as well we were able to cook. Has everything you'd pretty much need. Communication is beyond. The owner, Sagit, would respond super quick that we felt so secured. She's super nice and understanding, as well! Very accommodating. Location: it s a very quiet area, what we exactly needed. It is an uber ride away from Downtown or even commute if you'd prefer. Thank you so much again for a lovely stay!"

HOUSE RULES:
- This is our home and we have put so much love into it. Please treat it with respect.

- No Pets Allowed

- Please let me know if you plan to have house guests, any additional overnight guests that were not included in the reservation will be charged $100 each per night (keep in mind there are security cameras outside the property).

- Absolutely no Smoking/vaping of any kind inside the airbnb (including bathroom!). You're welcome to smoke outside at the picnic table. Guests who smoke indoors will be charged $1000 additional cleaning fee.

- Only flush toilet paper in the toilet. No tampons, no wipes (even "flushable" ones), no paper towels etc. Our cast iron pipes can't handle it, we would hate for you to have a 'disaster' during your stay.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. NOT EVEN A LITTLE ONE. Again, keep in mind that we have security cameras outside the property. Guests who have a party will be charged $1000 cleaning fee and additional charges for any damages incurred.

- We supply makeup remover, please don't remove makeup with our towels or face washers. Damaged towels or linen will incur charges for their replacement.

- Please place suitcases and baggage on the supplied suitcase racks and not on desks.

- Please use coasters on all wooden surfaces except the dining table.

- Please let me know if you'll be needing the crib at the time of booking so that we can make sure we have one available for you.

- No photo shoots/events unless agreed upon in advance as different pricing may apply
