Located on an end-street lot in the heart of Government Camp, this quintessential alpine home is a sure bet for your next vacation. Walk to local eateries and shops in town, and enjoy a wide array of outdoor recreation within a short drive, no matter the time of year. This three-story chalet features an open-concept layout with a welcoming living area, a full kitchen equipped with new Henkel knives, and a mudroom with an extra refrigerator. Unwind with a cup of hot cocoa next to the warm ambiance of the gas fireplace, or enjoy movie nights with the flatscreen TV. For a little extra fun, connect to the Alexa-activated Bluetooth LG Soundbar to enhance your entertainment experience. In the evenings, gather around the wood-burning firepit in the outdoor space, which also features a deck with a gas grill.

On the top floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a balcony and views of Mt. Hood, while another third-floor bedroom offers views of Ski Bowl and its own balcony. A second-floor bedroom also boasts Ski Bowl views. On the ground floor, there’s a cozy bedroom with a TV and a bunk room, plus a sleeping alcove with a twin bed. This family-friendly retreat comes complete with a pack-and-play and baby gates to keep even the smallest of guests comfortable.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
